Hi! I sell items on eBay for extra money for my family. I am serious about my customers and customer satisfaction and enjoy finding good bargains and passing the savings on to my trading partners. I work full time 12 hour shifts, so sometimes it may take me a day to answer questions.

• SHIPPING: I usually ship out packages within 48 hours of cleared payment, Monday through Friday. I do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or postal holidays. 
•  ~ IMPORTANT! I only ship to the name and address that is listed on eBay or PayPal. I will not ship to a name and/or address sent to me in an email or in a comment or note box, or to a third party.~
•  U.S. COMBINED SHIPPING RATES: I will combine shipping and handling charges on multiple clothing item wins (within 7 days) by charging the highest shipping and handling rate for the first item and adding $2.00 for each additional item. The items must be paid for on ONE invoice. I may also combine shipping on listings of non-clothing items, just email me and I will provide a combined shipping and handling quote if possible. Some heavier clothing items will be combined by weight; this will be stated on the listing.
• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I do ship internationally and charge a handling fee for international shipments; I have to make an extra trip to the post office and stand in line to mail your package and the gas prices are astronomical in my area. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties and fees; these fees are additional to the amount I receive. I usually mail international packages within 48 hours, on Monday through Friday only. Please be aware that international shipments can get stuck in customs for long periods of time and I have no control over customs delays. Please do not ask me to mark the item as a gift or to write a different purchase price on the package; I am an honest eBayer and my post office knows that I sell on eBay. Thanks in advance.
• PAYMENTS: I accept PayPal only. NO money orders or checks of any kind are accepted. I prefer that payments are made with existing PayPal funds, by Instant Transfer or with a credit or debit card through PayPal. If you pay me with an eCheck, I have to wait for the eCheck to clear (within 3-10 days) before I can mail your item. All payments must be received within 5 calendar days, no exceptions. If payment is not received by the 3rd calendar day after the end of the auction, I send out a reminder email. I will also file a non-paying bidder claim after 7 days. If you cannot pay within 5 calendar days, please do not bid on my item(s). My store is open every day and I conduct business on weekends; therefore every day is a business day. 
• RETURNS: The only time I may accept a return is if I make an error in the listing. Please know your size, bid carefully and if you have any questions about sizing or require measurements, please email me before bidding on my items. Some items are new and sealed in packages and are not able to be measured.
• FEEDBACK: My policy regarding feedback is that I leave feedback after it is left for me. This way, I will know that the item has been received and you are pleased with your purchase. I may leave feedback in batches due to the large volume of sales. If you have a problem with your item, please email me before leaving feedback. I can't try to fix a problem that I don't know about!
