This is the "SASSY" cat ..she never tires of watching me E-bay!

I recently started to dabble in selling...at first it was scary because I am a true "people pleaser" and I never want my customers to be dissapointed. I think maybe I have a knack for it!  When I find something in my closet that I don't wear and start to consider selling it...or if I go to thrifts and find something I cannot resist I find myself describing it in my head..I just love doing that...I must have a "merchant" gene somewhere!  I mostly sell women's clothing because I believe you should sell what you know and you should believe in what you sell.  I would never consider selling ANYTHING that I myself would not be pleased to buy and I try to offer great deals. I hope you will take a look at my listings...if you have bought from me before please know I value you as a customer....THANK YOU!!  Ms. SASSY cat is my BCF (best cat friend) of 10 years! She is a Himilayan Persian with the most gorgeous blue eyes and the sweetest personality.  She loves to lay near me when I'm E-baying and cat-nap.  She is very picky about where she chooses to lay, what she eats and who can be her friend...just as I am picky about the merchandise I offer to my customers!

SOME THINGS YOU MIGHT WANT TO KNOW ABOUT MY AUCTIONS:

1) I live in the country, we have cats and dogs, they are not allowed to lay on my auction items but they do come into my home and thus my clothing items have been exposed to animal dander.  If you are allergic PLEASE wash my items before you wear them.  I check each item closely and I do run a lint remover over anything that appears to have lint or the occasional stray hair on it.

2) If an item comes from my personal collection chances are that it has been washed and rinsed with "nice" smelling detergent and fabric softner..if you don't like "nice" smells once again..please launder your item before you wear it.

3) I pick up items from a variety of sources so I can't always guarantee what an item has been exposed to...I never intentionally sell anything that smells "BAD" but of course each person, family and home seems to have it's own personalized scent and I'm sure something coming from my home to yours won't smell like "YOU"...once again a simple laundering should correct that situation.

4) I buy as well as sell on E-bay.  I ALWAYS pay for any item I win as quickly as I am notified of a win...I would like to ask you to have the same courtesy to me.  I understand that sometimes circumstances are out of our control and I will always try to give you the benefit of the doubt and I am willing to try to work with you if you will just attempt to communicate with me and explain your situation.  I expect to hear SOMETHING from you within 3 days of auction close...just a note to let me know how you intend to pay for your win...I EXPECT to be PAID within 7 days (unless you are still shopping with me or have contacted me and made payment arrangements for a longer period of time). If you DO NOT communicate with me I will be forced to file a NON-paying bidder complaint and LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK and I DO NOT want to be forced to do that. I cherish my good feedback record and I don't want to mar your reputation. Please be considerate, if you don't want or are unable to pay for my items then please do not bid!

5) I value each and every one of my special customers!  It is my goal to bring you quality items at a great price.  I never list anything that I would not use or wear myself.  I look each and every item over very carefully for flaws...OF course I am HUMAN and I could possibly miss something...if so please accept my apologies and allow me to work something out with you.  I offer a full refund on any item that is not exactly as I described it in my auction.  I DO NOT refund because you "changed your mind" or due to the fact that an item did not fit.  I list measurements in my auctions and I hope my buyers understand that not all item sizes are created equally...it is very important that you either know how a particular brand fits YOU or that you know your measurements.  I have been amazed at the difference in sizes among manufacturers!

6) I am never too busy to answer any question you might have.  E-bay is not my "JOB" ..I work full time..so if you ask a question during the day it may be evening before I can answer you.  I am away from my computer many weekends..I try to arrange my listings so that my items end during the week so that I don't miss those last minute inquiries...if I miss one..it is not because I was ignoring you..for some unforseen reason I just could not get to the computer to answer.  I check "my messages" several times daily but depending upon my work load I may still not be able to answer till after work.
