I've been buying and selling on Ebay for 7 1/2 years now. I've encountered all sorts of personalities in that time. I believe in honest dealings with people and hoped it would be the same for everyone else out there. However, it's not. I will treat you like family when selling to you.
As for my opinion about feedback....it is a reflection on how you do business with people. If you are a buyer and you've done your part well, you deserve good feedback left for you. I don't believe in 'mirroring' feedback like a lot of people do. I will do my best to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase from me by describing it to the best of my knowledge and getting it out to you in a timely manner. If I am a buyer of your goods I will pay for the item as soon as I know I've won it. I am proud of my feedback score and do my best to keep it at 100% positive.
If a seller says that they won't leave feedback for me until I leave it for them, then I won't leave it for them or I won't buy from them as it doesn't seem fair to me.
Feedback should be left for buyers as soon as they've paid for the item not when the seller receives feedback from them. So many people are unfair in this and don't understand the meaning of the whole feedback system, it's turned into a form of revenge on each other.
I am all for resolving issues prior to leaving negative feedback because that kind of feedback will stay with you forever. Please if you ever have any problems with my sales, contact me before leaving negative feedback and I will go above and beyond the normal to fix it for you. As much as I would hope that everything you buy from me fits you perfect, that may not be the case from buying online. I would also hope that you wouldn't hold that against me and leave the negative feedback because of that, as there isn't any way for me to fix it.
I don't accept returns unless I've listed the item wrong due to the sensitive nature of a lot of my items. But in saying that, I always check before sending the item out to make sure it is what I've said it was. However, we all make mistakes at some time or another. If this happens, all e-mails will be welcome to resolve an issue.
