My
Philosophy - I think of myself as a flee market auctioneer who's
got more of
a hobby
rather than a real business. I'm not what you would think of as
your typical store
owner and certainly not a PowerSeller. I'm just one
guy offering a small selection of eclectic items. I
prefer auctioning items more than selling them out right.
However, I try to always offer a BIN option because I understand that
many members don't want to risk losing an item to a last second bid.
What
I Offer - I offer a wide range
of items; some truly unique and some conventional items that are more
commodities such as electronic components. Whatever I offer I try
to provide as complete a description as possible. I welcome and encourage people to ask
questions or send comments about the items I offer.
Your Satisfaction - Whatever
I offer I stand behind with my good name, reputation, and
more than anything else, I offer peace of mind by guaranteeing
satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with an item then I expect
you to contact me and let me know how I can make it so you are
satisfied.
Shipping - I gladly combine
shipping on multiple items, I
ship daily and accept local pickup. During the week shipments
normally
go out between 5:00 and 8:00 PM PST. On the weekend I can often
get a shipment out within an hour of a payment. If
you've won an item and you want to have it shipped differently than
what I've offered in the listing, simply contact me and I'll try to
accommodate your request. I don't normally offer insurance, but
it can be added.
Communications - I always send
an email to confirm the shipment of your item and to
provide an estimate of when it will arrive.
Feedback
- I'm both a
buyer and
seller on eBay and I strongly support the
feedback system. I provide feedback
after I ship and I ship as soon as possible upon receipt of your
payment.
