United
States shipping rates are listed with the item description. Please allow
5 to 7 business days for purchase delivery following payment receipt. We
ship all items via USPS First Class or Priority Mail unless otherwise
stated. We do also offer USPS Express Mail delivery for an additional
charge; please email us if you would like an Express Mail quote. We will
gladly combine shipping for 5 days after first purchase for an
additional $2.00 shipping cost per item. The highest listed shipping
cost will apply plus $2.00 per additional purchase. Please submit one
payment for all items won and include all item numbers.
Canada
& International Shipping
Canadian
and International shipping rates are listed within the item description.
Items are generally delivered within 7 to 14 business days depending on
customs processing. Purchases will ship via USPS International First
Class or Priority Mail depending on weight and country. Combined
international shipping costs are based on weight. Please email us if you
would like a combined shipping quote. We cannot falsify customs forms or
mark any purchases as a "gift". You are responsible for any
duties and taxes imposed by your country.

Payment
Terms
We
accept PayPal or Money Orders. We do not accept personal checks. We do
accept e-checks through PayPal, which normally have a clearance shipping
delay of 3-5 days. Payment must be received within 7 days of auction
end. We reserve the right to cancel transaction and relist item after 7
days of non-payment. An Unpaid Item Alert will be filed with eBay
following 7 days of non-payment and item will be relisted without
further attempts to collect payment.
Return
Policy
We
are committed to customer satisfaction. If you feel we have
misrepresented an item, please file for a return by following directions
sent with your shipment or by emailing us. We only issue refunds on
misrepresented items that are returned to us in condition shipped in
(i.e. tags attached, unworn). Refund or exchange (if available) must be
requested within 3 days of item receipt. Item must be returned within 10
days of delivery. Items returned due to incorrect size/color choice or
remorse will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if a return or exchange
is accepted. We do not refund shipping costs unless we have made an
error. Refunds are only issued after the item has been returned to us,
no exceptions.

We
use an automated feedback system to return feedback once it has been
left for us. If you have any problem with your purchase following
receipt please contact us via email to rectify any issues prior to
leaving feedback.
