I like cozy mysteries and classic British mysteries such as those by Agatha Christie. Regency romances, especially by Georgette Heyer are another of my favorites. If you stop by and visit us, you will always find a jigsaw puzzle in progress. I collect both the Charles Wysocki puzzles and "Hometown Collection" by Heronim. The weekends will find me watching the British comedies on PBS, P G Woodenhouse's "Jeeves", and the wonderful show, "Mystery" especially if the show is an Agatha Christie story. I never miss a Chicago Bears game. I also collect pink Depression glass.
Most of my listings are mysteries & romances. Sometimes I have great items that I list for my family. I have listed records when my daughter and her husband weeded out their college record collection. My other son-in-law is a rep for various sports items and I often have great new items from his samples and things he picked up at trade shows. It is an ever changing array of items so check back often!

Rags, our dog & our cats, calico Sugar, Grace and Ditto

My husband and I live in the lovely town of Wauconda in northern Illinois. We share our home with his 97 year old mother, our dog Rags and three cats - Ditto, Sugar, and Grace. We have three children - two daughters and a son and seven grandkids from ages 2 yrs to 25 years old. A great day out for us is exploring antique stores, thrift and resale shops, rummage sales or the local garden nursery. If we are home, we'll probably be found in our rose garden or my husband in the vegetable patch and me in the flower beds. We spend our winters doing genealogical research.
