~Hello!~
I am a working mom with two children, and I love books. I upload books all the time, particularly on the weekends. Thanks to the many, many people who have stopped by and bought books. Keep checking back, and let me know if you're looking for a particular book or more selection in a category, and I'll list that next.
Introducing two new features:
Buy two signed books (plus anything else) and get free shipping for your entire order (U.S.) or comparable shipping discount (international).

I love hunting down good books in unlikely places and saving them from almost-certain obscurity. Mostly I list what I like to read--I figure if I like them, you will too. All my books are hand-picked by my hand.
Delivery Confirmation
Delivery confirmation used to mean you could look on the USPS web site to see where the package was last seen. Now there are often only two options: Label Created and Delivered. If you see Label Created it does not mean I didn't mail it yet. The first time I saw that, I thought the PO had lost the package, but they didn't. So don't freak out when you see that. I have a really good record for getting books in the mail quickly, and I didn't fly off to Argentina with your books. ;)
Media Mail
Expect media mail outside CA to average 2 to 3 weeks for delivery, with the west coast on the short end of that. Expect more delays when there are storms and whenever the mail is swamped. This includes Christmas, but the mail was also swamped in February and May 2008--no idea why.
When I order something from outside of CA, I don't even start looking for it until 10 days have gone by. My record for PO delay for both sending and receiving packages exceeds a month. I put things in the mail as soon as I can, but I can't control the post office. Please don't downgrade my shipping time rating because the PO is slow. This affects my ebay status. On the plus side, out of my hundreds of transactions, only a handful of packages have been lost, and one was due to Hurricane Katrina. They do get there eventually.
I ship any day of the week that the post office is open! I offer media mail in the U.S. because it's the cheapest. If media mail is not fast or reliable enough, I'll be happy to use another service.
International Shipping
I am happy to ship anywhere in the world. If you want to use a service I have not listed, just ask.
Priority Flat Rate Envelope: holds 1 full-size hardcover, 2-3 small BCEs, 3-5 paperbacks. 7-10 days. 4 lb/5 item limit.
Two Priority Flat Rate Envelopes: this is cheaper than the flat-rate box when your books won’t quite fit into one envelope. 7-10 days.
Priority shipping is also available for odd-size packages; it's more per ounce, but it may be more economical for a thin, oversize book.
Priority Flat rate box: Holds about 15 paperback books, faster than an m-bag--7-10 days instead of 6+ weeks.
M-Bag: the surface m-bag is no more, so we are left with air m-bags. I have never used these before, so I don’t want to quote a true shipping time yet. Pricing is by zones as follows:

Quality Authors
Don't you hate it when remainders get listed with good books? Me too. Although I have a store, this is still a hobby for me, not my livelihood, so I can afford to be selective and list interesting things.
Shipping Discounts for Multiple Purchases
U.S. buyers pay only 80 cents shipping for each additional book. International buyers pay the flat rate for however many books fit into the mailer (e.g. shipping for m-bag is the same rate up to 11 lbs. whether you have 7 or 17 books)
