Greetings. I am catbatrat - also known as Matt...also known in other places on the net as Mathyula. I've been doing the ebay thing since around 2000. It all started when I discovered the addiction to buying Nightmare Before Christmas merchandise. About $6000 dollars later, I had more stuff than I had room for. Of course I branched out and bought other things too ...musical equipment, CDs, some clothes, and more and more toys. I just recently started selling some things again - haven't done that in quite a few years. As catbatrat, I've mainly been a habitual buyer...a collector to the utmost.
I wasn't always catbatrat though. I started with a different name and was doing well with it up until I hit about 175 feedbacks. I was selling some things and then came the fiasco. I won't mention the buyers name, but....well, it just didn't work out...she told a few lies and managed to get me kicked off of ebay. But, I came back strong with a new ID and now I know to say that the items I sell are sold AS IS. It's amazing what headaches you can avoid with those two little words.
Anyhow, I'm 34 now, am a new father, and have settled down with a wife as of October of 2007. So, it's time to focus on selling some of my truckloads of stuff. I can't possibly part with ALL of it, but I could certainly cut back quite a bit. So, if you're into Nightmare Before Christmas merch or musical gear - please do have a look at my listings.
