The Items We Sell

New

These are brand new in a factory sealed box. They include the original box, all manuals, and a full factory warranty.

Factory Refurbished/B-stock/C-stock/D-Stock

Factory refurbished/B-stock gear has been returned to or remanufactured at the factory. Factory refurbished/B-stock gear can be generated for a number of reasons including dealer returns, mechanical imperfections, demo or trade show stock. Some Factory refurbished/B-stock items will have cosmetic imperfections such as minor scratches & dents. Most factory refurbished/B-stock items will be indistinguishable from new products. We purchase Factory refurbished/B-stock items directly from the manufacturer. The manufacturer does not provide us with information on what caused the item to be moved to the Factory refurbished/B-stock category. Factory refurbished/B-stock items generally do not include the original manufacturer box & manual, although sometimes they will. If your item arrives without a manual, all manuals are available in printable formats online. You can visit our website or the respective manufacturer's website to obtain a product manual if you do not receive one with your shipment. Factory refurbished/B-stock items always include a manufacturer factory warranty and are sold at a reduced price.

C-stock and D-stock gear is similar in description to factory refurbished/B-stock gear, but is generally classified as "used" gear. The units can be expected to have some aesthetic faults & fairly extensive hours of useage. C & D stock items most usually will not include original factory box or manual, although sometimes they will. All manuals are available for download online. C & D stock items are guaranteed to arrive fully functional and are backed by a 30 day manufacturer warranty. C & D stock items are sold at a significantly reduced price.

Used - Like New

Used - like new items are carefully screened by our staff before they are offered for sale. Due to the nature of our business, we offer a considerable amount of used - like new gear for purchase. Used- like new items will always include the original factory box, original factory packaging, manual & manufacturers warranty unless otherwise specified. Used - like new products will most often appear brand new. In essence they are. Used - like new items are always offered at a reduced price. All Used - like new items have extremely low usage, but cannot be sold as new as they are not factory sealed box items and must be classified as a used product.


SHIPPING CARRIER

Our shipping carrier is UPS. We do not ship via US Postal service under any circumstance. We must have a physical street address for delivery. UPS cannot deliver to a post office box.

SHIPPING REGIONS

Centerstage offers service to the continental United States ONLY. We do not currently offer service outside the continental United States. Shipping carrier is UPS. All shipping quotes listed within the listing descriptions are for ground UPS to the continental USA unless otherwise noted. We do not use the US Postal Service for shipments of any kind nor can we make delivery to a post office box.

CANADA CUSTOMERS

At this time, we are not able to offer shipments to Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and are working to resolve this issue.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Shipping insurance is offered on any shipment in the amount of $1.00 per $100 of goods sold. Insurance is optional, and if the option is waived we will not be able to assist you in recovering a claim from the shipping carrier in the event your shipment is lost or damaged.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

Centerstage does not require signature on any shipment sent from our KY warehouse unless directly requested by the customer. The cost of UPS signature required is $3.00 per package. Shipments sent directly from manufacturer warehouses will be sent signature required if it is the policy of the respective manufacturer to require signature. Centerstage is not responsible for shipments delivered unsigned by the shipping carrier which are lost, stolen or vandalized. We highly recommend insuring & requiring a signature on any shipment that will be delivered to a high traffic area without the receiver present.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

We make every effort to see that your order is packaged to exceed the carrier's requirements. Please be sure to open & inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival for signs of shipping damage. We will gladly assist in any way possible if it is necessary for a claim to be filed on any insured package which has been damaged or lost. Please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of shipment if your shipment has sustained damage. We will be unable to assist you if shipping damage is not reported within 72 hours of receipt of shipment. Return/restock fees will apply if a shipment is returned that is not the result of shipping damage.

REFUSED DELIVERY, UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS, IN-TRANSIT ADDRESS CHANGES

If the shipping carrier returns a shipment to us because it was refused or could not be delivered due to an incorrect address supplied by the buyer, shipping fees as well as tariffs/duties on approved Canada shipments will apply to reship the package. A 25% restocking fee will be applied if reshipment is refused. If the shipment in question was a free freight shipment, outbound shipping fees, tariffs/duties on approved Canada shipments & a 25% restock fee will apply. If a buyer has provided us an incorrect address which must be changed while the shipment is in transit, there is a $25 service fee payable before the address change is made. If we make a mistake with your address, there will be no charges to change the address while in transit.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason with a product you receive we will gladly accept the item back within 30 days for a full in store credit. All items returned to us for a cash refund will be assessed a 25% restocking fee and will be credited back in the form of the original payment. All credits and refunds are less original shipping and handling fees. If your purchase was a free shipping item, outbound shipping fees will be assessed before credited back to the buyer. Please contact us to arrange the return of an item. We will provide full return details along with a return authorization number. Any item shipped to us without a return authorization number will be refused. Please be sure to inspect your shipment within 72 hours of receipt to insure your purchase is not factory defective. We will gladly assist in replacing any factory defective item as long as we are notified of the factory defect within 72 hours of receipt of shipment. Please be prepared with the serial number from the product in the unlikely event a shipment arrives factory defective.

Centerstage will immediately reciprocate any positive feedback posted for us. When you post positive feedback for us, it tells us you have received your item in good condition and the transaction has closed successfully with no further requirements from us. There is never a need for negative feedback. Contact us with any problem or issue for immediate resolution.
