A Little About Me
Hi. My name is Chad. I've been a member of the Ebay community for well over five years. I began selling on Ebay as a casual hobby to clean out the attic, and over time my interest in selling on Ebay has grown. In the fall of 2005 I opened up an Ebay store. Over the last half-decade, selling on Ebay has grown from a simple hobby to a mini-business.
Items I Sell
Growing up with a Nintendo, I really enjoy playing video games from the early 90's. I am always on the lookout for rarities and collectibles for my personal collection as well as for my store inventory. I buy, test, clean, and sell video games and systems from nearly any timeframe.
Another interest of mine is in computers, new and old. Whenever I run across a deal on an older PC-system, I have to buy it. Most of the systems I buy are torn-down for parts which are used to add to other systems or are sold in my store.
I also occassionally deal in sports cards. I expect to have some vintage Baseball and Football cards in my store listings in the coming months.
I also do quite a bit of selling on Half.com, where I list music CDs, newer games and DVDs.
Customer Service is Priority Number 1
I take pride in the service I provide to customers. I believe in good communication, accurate item descriptions, and safe, prompt shipping as keys to success when selling on Ebay. Communication is very important. I try to check and reply to all questions daily at the bare minimum. I make every effort to ensure a product is accurately described. Safe and prompt shipping is also very important. If an item is considered a risk to being crushed, it is shipped in a box. If it is fragile, it will be padded and marked accordingly. Most loose games are shipped in bubble mailers. Most computer parts are shipped in Priority Mail boxes. If there are any questions or concerns regarding anything with my store or sales, feel free to contact me (chaddie84@yahoo.com).
