My First NASCAR experience....It happened while in Florida. I was invited to go see The Daytona 500, 2007.....Kevin Harvick and Mark Martin, with only a half a lap to go in the race, are dueling it out for the lead....With the Checkered Flag waving..Harvick wins buy a nose!....Clint Bowyer skids across the finish line, upside down and on fire! The car flips back up on its wheels, Bowyer quickly climbs out of the car to the Roar of clapping hands, wooing, and cheering......I was hooked!....
I spent most of 2007 either at a race or watching it on T.V. If I wasn't doing that I was purchasing NASCAR sports memorabilia..I went kinda Crazy...This sport really took hold of me...But, I love it!.. .... Along with the Teeshirts, Clocks, Christmas Ornaments, Flags, Autographed Pictures, and much, much more.....I ended up with many NASCAR 1.24 and 1.64 Diecast Cars. I also became a collector of sets, parallel sets, and special insert, Press Pass and Trading Cards.....I can say...I'm Proud To be a NASCAR Fan!....
