WARRANTY
 Manufacturer's warranties may not be in effect because we are not an authorized dealer of any brand. We offer a 10 Day limited warranty on all items to ensure items arrive in working condition. Accuracy is guaranteed to within 1 minute per day. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, broken parts, misuse, or other damage caused by the user. Warranty is void if the watch is opened, repaired, or altered in any way. Claims must be made by email within 10 days of receiving item. Send us an email with your name, the item # or sale ID #, date of purchase and a brief description of the problem. After an RMA # is issued, the watch should be sent back to us (insurance recommended). Customer's pays for shipping to us, we will pay for shipping the watch back to you. If your watch needs service after our warranty expires, it is advised that you return it to the original manufacturer or find an experienced watchmaker. |
