The following apply to all ClassicBuffalo auction sales. Please read them carefully, when purchasing goods online you are entering into a legally binding contract and the information contained in this page forms part of that contract. By participating in auctions hosted by eBay you are agreeing to their terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not purchase items listed by ClassicBuffalo. If your bid is blocked, you most likely do not meet my Buyer requirements (PayPal account, country of registration, buyer history), sorry no exceptions.
New bidders with ZERO feedback must use the "Members: Find Contact Information" feature and Money Order as payment. Submit your User ID with Item Number you want to bid on to this Seller for approval or your bid will be canceled. User information is only used for: eBay-transaction-related purposes that are not unsolicited commercial messages, Using services offered through eBay, Other purposes that a user expressly chooses.
Payment Procedures:
Payments made by credit or card using PayPal.
PayPal Confirmed ONLY, for DOMESTIC USA and INTERNATIONAL Canada.
I DO NOT accept unconfirmed PayPal users.
All goods shipped outside of the U.S. will be declared for customs as "merchandise" at full winning bid price and insured exactly that amount.
Buyers are responsible for all customs fees/duties/VATs applicable. No returns allowed, all items are serialed and documented for unique identification.
Non-Paying Bidders Policy:
You will be invoiced upon completion of a winning auction.
You have 5 days to respond before you will be RE-INVOICED.
After 7 days I will file an Unpaid Item Dispute.
Let me know before then if you have extenuating circumstances.
Shipping Policies:
I use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as my shipping agent.
BUYER is responsible for postage and insurance costs unless otherwise stated.
I will ship only to a PayPal confirmed address, Without Exception, I will not ship to an unconfirmed address.
I only ship once my online account shows payment is confirmed.
I will not ship to a US address eventhough you are registered as an international Buyer or ship international if you are registered as a US Buyer.
All PayPal items purchased will ship within seven days of payment.
I will accomodate combined shipments on a per case basis.
I am not responsible for broken or damaged items during shipment. Via USPS rules any claims must be initiated on your end upon receipt. Insurance of your shipment is recommended, if listed as optional.
US shipments are to the lower 48 states, Hawaii and Alaska add additional shipping charge. Shipping and Handling fees: Covers the costs for mailing (actual shipping postage), packaging (actual material costs), and handling (other reasonable costs to complete order).
Feedback Posting:
Buyers please DO NOT expect to get Feedback before 45 days from winning auction date.
Once you receive your shipped item and are completely satisfied with the transaction, leave me feedback, if desired, or let me know otherwise. I will post my response at that time.
Sale Items Grading:
1 Mint - the best possible to new.
2 Near Mint - minor flaw.
3 Very Fine - excellent condition.
4 Very Good - has some flaws and little wear.
5 Good - average condition, shows wear.
ClassicBuffalo is not responsible for any use or misuse and/or injury or damage caused by the purchase of any items from the above mentioned.
