All payments are due from winning bidder/ buyer upon completion of the listing.
Payments must be received within ten days of the end of the auction or winning bid will be cancelled and all rights to the item will be forfeited by the winning bidder.
SHIPPING POLICIES
ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED VIA THE United States Postal Service.
Listings for which the final bid is ABOVE $100 will be shipped ONLY by USPS PRIORITY MAIL, and PURCHASE OF POSTAL INSURANCE IN THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT WILL BE REQUIRED.
A Certificate of Mailing (or equivalent) and Delivery Confirmation (or equivalent) is required for ALL PACKAGES we ship (free with Priority Mail packages).
INSURANCE
POSTAL INSURANCE IS REQUIRED FOR ITEMS WHICH END AT $100 OR ABOVE. THE WINNING BIDDER WILL BE INVOICED FOR THE COST OF POSTAL INSURANCE IN THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT.
Otherwise, postal insurance is optional, and must be selected when paying for your item.
Purchase of insurance by buyers is STRONGLY recommended by Turn of Two Centuries.
Seller is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. NO refunds will be given for items which are lost or damaged during shipping.
Return/Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any item you receive from us, simply return it to us within seven (7) days of receipt, and we will issue you a refund in the amount of the winning bid.
However, to qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned, UNOPENED, in its original packaging and condition.
Items which are OPENED, or which are not in their original packaging and condition will be returned to the buyer and NO refund will be issued.
Additionally, items which are altered or returned items which have been substituted for items sold by us will be turned over to the appropriate authorities as evidence for investigation and prosecution of the perpetrator.
WE DO NOT ISSUE PARTIAL REFUNDS FOR ITEMS WHICH YOU FEEL WERE IMPROPERLY DESCRIBED. OUR POLICY IS AN ALL-OR-NOTHING POLICY - IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE ITEM OR IT WAS IMPROPERLY DESCRIBED, RETURN IT FOR A FULL REFUND.
Reports of lost merchandise ("Item Not Received" Reports filed via eBay or PayPal) are immediately submitted to the US Postal Inspector General for investigation and prosecution, where warranted.
We are committed to customer satisfaction. We want our buyers to be happy with their purchases from us, and we will go out of our way to ensure a mutually satisfactory transaction.

To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
