What
if I don receive my package?
Within
the US, all our packages
are sent with delivery confirmation.
Once it leaves our hands,
it totally up to the postal
service when and in what
condition it arrives in your
hands. We get a lot of inquiries
from customers who tell us
that they haven received
their packages, when, in
fact, they haven checked
their mail, or someone else
in the house received the
package and forgot to tell
them, or the postman left
it with a neighbor, or they
weren home when the postman
tried to deliver the package
and the notice blew away,
etc. We will be more than
happy to help you track your
package, but if the postal
service says the package
was delivered and you say
you haven received it,
there isn going to be much
we can do to help you. Please
keep in mind, however, that
it is your responsibility
to provide us with a valid
shipping address.
What if my item arrives
damaged?
We make
every effort to ensure that
your package will arrive
safely by using the most
secure packaging materials
available, and we rarely
receive complaints about
items which arrive damaged.
From time to time, however,
damaged items can and do
slip through the cracks.
If your package arrives in
good condition and the item
inside appears to be damaged,
it is possible that the item
may have been damaged before
it was shipped, in which
case, we will replace it
at no charge, pending return
of the damaged item. On the
other hand, from time to
time, the postal service
mangles a package beyond
recognition. In these rare
cases, we may offer to replace
a damaged item at a discount,
pending return of the damaged
item. Please note, however,
that many of our items are
close-out or discontinued
and replacements may not
be available. In such instances,
we will offer either to replace
your item with another item
of equal value or to refund
your payment.
Can my package be
insured?
Insurance
is optional. If you would
like your package insured,
please contact us BEFORE
you make your payment so
that we can calculate the
total invoice amount including
insurance.
Can I combine shipping
on multiple auctions?
Absolutely.
We are more than happy to
help you save money when
you purchase multiple items
from any of our auctions
or from our Ebay store. Within
the US, you will be charged
the rate listed in the auction
for the item which is most
expensive to ship, and then
just $1 for each additional
auction or store item which
you purchase. If you purchase
5 items from one auction,
you only pay one shipping
fee for winning that auction.
If you win items from 5 different
auctions, you pay the most
expensive shipping fee (usually
$4.95) plus $1 each for the
remaining 4 auctions. We
try to keep it simple, but
it can get confusing, so
feel free to contact us if
you have further questions.

I having trouble with checkout.
How do I pay you?
Some customers
have experienced difficulty with
our secure online checkout system.
At this time, not all computer
systems are compatible with our
Andale payment system. If this
appears to be the case, please
don panic. Wee here to help.
You can send a Paypal payment
directly to us at customerservice@coinsource.com.
The total amount due (including
shipping and sales taxY, NJ, PA and NV residents
only) can be found on the invoice
which you will receive within
one business day of the auction
close.
If I waiting for other auctions
to close, can/should I wait
to pay?
Yes, but only for a
maximum of 5 days. It is to
your advantage to pay all at
once for multiple items in
order to save money on shipping.
However, your winning bid is
a contract, and we are not
able to hold orders indefinitely.
In order to take advantage
of combined shipping discounts,
we strongly recommend that
you make only a single payment
that applies to all the auctions
you have won.
