My name is Amanda. My seller id is based on my married name and the date of my wedding, 11/02/02.  In Aug of 2004, we added a beautiful son to our addition.  Unfortunately, due to my high-risk pregnancy, I was told I should not have any more children.   My son was born by emergency c-section, 9 weeks early.  I stayed with him in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for 7 weeks, he had two surgeries during that time.  So I am very happy to be able to say that my 3 lb 2 oz preemie baby boy has turned out to be the happy and healthy active boy you see in the picture.  He is 100% healthy and makes me happier than I have ever been in my entire life.  My husband and my son have been true blessings from above!

Before I became a mom, I worked mostly in customer service full-time during the day, while supporting myself through college at night.  I graduated with an Associate's Degree in Behavioral Science in May of 2004.  After my sons starts school, my plan is to go back to school to work on my Bachelor's Degree.  After I had my son, I became a stay at home mom.  But as most of us know, it can be hard to raise a family on one income.  So in November of 2006, I started selling on Ebay part-time to supplement my husband's income, which helps support our little family.  I decided to try my hand at selling women's beauty items, mostly discontinued cosmetics.  I find it rather irritating when they discontinue products I love and I can not find them anymore.  I know there are other women out there that feel the same way as I do.  So I try to find them and bring them to you all!
