We dabbled on Ebay since 1996? Wow-How time goes by! At that time we were just buyers and not sellers. Over time we learned the steps and carefully studied what it meant to provide a service to a customer.  The first step was to become a good buyer & then apply those experiences to become a good seller.

The main thing we found is people have two main principles when buying.  They have "Needs" & "Wants".
