| New to eBay
WELCOME Due to the recent eBay policy changes, we have closed our eBay store, however some of the items listed in our auctions are also available as Buy-It-Now items in our other online stores. Please visit our web site at www.batjeep.com for more information. Please click here for more details. If you are looking for collectible items of your favorite characters, then you've come to the right place. We sell character items that kids like, such as The Powerpuff Girls, Spongebob Squarepants, and The Muppets, and even characters that adults remember from their childhood such as Looney Tunes, Hanna Barbera, and Superheroes like Batman, Superman and Spider-Man. We even carry some of your favorite sports collectibles from MLB, NHL, NASCAR, and more. If you're looking for a good selection and great customer service, then you found it. We always include a good description, clear pictures, and we do our best to make sure that you are happy. If you have a question, please contact me. You can email me through the " Ask Seller A Question" link on any of my auction pages. If you were the winner of an eBay item, you can call me by requesting my phone number from eBay here . You will need my user ID (comicbking) and the eBay item number of the item that you won.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS How big is the item? What color is the item? Is the item new or used? etc. We do our best to describe each item accurately, so these questions should all be answered in the listing. If you have read the listing and still can't find the answer, please email to let us know so that we can correct the listing as quickly as possible.
How long do I have to pay for an item? You have up to 10 days to pay for an item. If you need a little extra time, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know that your payment will be delayed.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept U.S. Postal Service Money Orders, as well as Paypal for online payments. U.S. Postal Service Money Orders can be purchased at any U.S. Post Office locations. Please note that we do NOT accept any other type of money orders, and we do NOT accept any types of checks. NO EXCEPTIONS.Any items that are paid for by Paypal will by shipped to the CONFIRMED SHIPPING ADDRESS Only. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Why do you require a confirmed shipping address for Paypal payments? The confirmed shipping address is part of Paypal's requirements for their Seller Protection Policy . This is Paypal's rule, not ours.
I don't have a confirmed shipping address. How can I pay for my item? You can either confirm your address using Paypal's Alternate Address Confirmation , or you can mail a U.S. Postal Service Money Order. The Alternate Address Confirmation takes about a week to confirm your address, so if you want to confirm your address, please email us to let us know that your payment will be delayed. If you prefer to send a U.S. Postal Service Money Order, please email us for our address within 3 days of the end of auction.
Do you ship to my country, and how much is the shipping charge? Due to previous problems, we no longer ship anywhere outside of the United States.
When should I leave feedback? Feedback is voluntary, so you can leave it at any time AFTER you receive your item, and you are happy with it. If you choose not to leave any feedback, that's okay too. If there is a problem with your item, always contact the seller BEFORE you leave any feedback. You have up to 90 days to leave feedback, so there is no rush. (What's more important, your item or your feedback?)
NEW TO EBAY Are you new to eBay? Maybe you signed up a while back, but you're still a bit confused. If so, you're not alone. Most eBay transactions are completed without problems, and most eBay members (both buyers and sellers) are great, but occassionally problems occur. The most important thing is to know what to do when unexpected problems occur. Hopefully this page will help. The first thing you need to know is WHERE to get help. There are a few options. 1) At the top of every eBay page, there is a link for eBay's Help Pages. Just click on the word "HELP " and type your question in the search box on the Help Page. 2) eBay has a whole Community of members who love to help new users. (Or even experienced users with a new problem.) I find the best information is in the eBay Discussion Boards .Just click on the word " COMMUNITY " at the top of any eBay page. Then click on the words "DISCUSSION BOARDS ". You can get help for specific questions by looking in the "Community Help Boards " section.Personally, I find the most informative boards are the " Seller Central ", "PayPal ", and "Trust & Safety (Safe Harbor) " boards. There are even fun boards in the "General Discussion Boards " section where you can chat about anything, including non-eBay topics.
FOR BUYERS: Read the auction completely. Make sure that you know what you are bidding on and you understand the seller's terms. When you bid or buy, you are agreeing to the seller's terms including the acceptable payment methods, the shipping charge, etc. If you read something in the auction that you don't understand, or you don't agree with, email the seller for details, or bypass that item and choose a different item, or a different seller. Always ask questions BEFORE you bid, not after the auction has ended. Check the seller's feedback BEFORE you bid. Don't just look at the number next to the user name. Click on the number for more details. Remember it is almost impossible to please everyone, so the feedback may not be perfect, but if you see a lot of negative and/or neutral feedback for the same problems over and over again, you may want to consider choosing a different seller. If you didn't receive an item that you paid for, or the item was delivered, but it does not match the description in the auction, always CONTACT THE SELLER first. Most problems can be solved by simple communication between the buyer and seller. You should email the seller through eBay's Messages first to make sure that the email doesn't get caught in a Spam Blocker. If you have already sent the seller an email, but you did not get a reply, check YOUR Spam Blocker. The seller may have replied, but the reply may have gotten caught in your own Spam Blocker. If you still haven't received a reply from the seller, you can request the seller's phone number here and call the seller. Please remember that not all sellers are online 24/7. Many sellers have other jobs, and only sell on eBay part time. Also many full time seller work normal 9-5 hours, and do not work weekends, so please allow a few days for a reply. If you still don't get a reply from the seller, you can file a dispute here . The options are either "Item Not Received" or "Significantly Not As Described".
FOR SELLERS: The better your auction, the more bids it will receive. This is not a guarantee, but it's the best way to make sure that your buyers will be happy. Describe your item as if there are no pictures, and take pictures as if there was no text. If you accept Paypal, make sure that you read and understand Paypal's Seller Protection Policy . If you follow all of the rules, you should be okay, but with Paypal, there are no guarantees. Remember, never accept Paypal for more than you can afford to lose.If you sold an item, but you didn't get paid, try emailing the buyer through eBay's Messages. Please remember that many buyers are not online as often as sellers. It may take a few days to get a reply. If you still don't get a reply or payment, you can request the buyer's phone number here and call them. If you still don't receive a reply or payment, you can file an "Unpaid Item Dispute" here .IndexCardFlexTabs from Shipscript
