Items that we sell are all brand new
& in retail units ,
they are tested to a good standard,
so anything that you purchase
should be in brand new condition,
when you receive it,
and as described on the listing.

POSTAGE ROUTINE
All items purchased by midday,
will be sent THAT DAY.
After midday,
the item will be sent the next day.
WEEKENDS
Saturday Purchases
postage will be on monday.
We try to keep the postage cost
to a minimal, giving the best
value for money possible.
Most of our items are received
within 48 hours of posting,
using first class standard rates.
We also offer other methods of posting
which are faster.

RETURNS
You will find that our New Buy It Now items
have return policies on the listings.
Our New Auction items also have return policies on the listings.
Any items with no returns specified, please contact us before buying these items as they may not qualify for returns.
In the event that you do need to return
any items to us

will be sent to you a.s.a.p.
Full retail packaging needs to come
back with any faulty items.
Return postage is paid
by yourselfs,
according to the circumstances
of the particular item, a full refund
