As the eldest, I'm the designated buyer/seller, but they help, financially and otherwise. We sell on ebay to buy on ebay, basically....as kids, we lost our books, toys and such to flooding. And slowly but surely, we've done it, replaced our 'lost' books! But! We have other interests! LOL! Toys, vintage anything, antiques, miniatures, glass and glassware, and pottery and stoneware, old toys, and jewelry....we're an eclectic lot! :) Plus! My husband is a self-employed brickmason, so in the winter, work is slow. It's my hope to one day be able to support us through the winter.
I'm a stay at home, homeschooling mother of two sons. My name is Becky. My sons are William, 18, and Jacob, 11. I'm the eldest sister (and the bossiest, they say!LOL!), and am usually the one on eBay, but we buy/sell/shop together as copaceticone.
I'm very happily married to a wonderful man. My biggest complaint about my hubby of 20 years is that he works too much...don't get much pity for that! He doesn't cuss, doesn't drink or use drugs, isn't violent, and very rarely even raises his voice. I'm very blessed! To top it all off, he's handsome and strong and loving! I get noooo pity! :)
By the way, my mother-in-law sells on ebay, too! Her user i.d. is 123peggyi, and she's a wonderful lady, trust me! She LOVES ebay, and I'm very proud of her for starting her eBay business! Please check out her items for sale, and her profile, she's always listing a wide variety of items! :)
One last thing...we're always happy to help out other eBayers who are searching desperately for that certain item, be it a book, or a toy, or a peanut!, LOL! And we happily offer our 2 years worth of searching skills to your service if you'd like them. We know how awful it can be to want to find that item, for onesself or for another person, and not be able to find it! There were kind eBayers that gave invaluable tips and advise to us, in return, and to honor them, we offer our help to you, no strings attatched! Just a service, there if you need it, and great if you don't, but we're here, and we're dogged! :) |
