Unless stated otherwise, all
our merchandise is new in the box and has never been removed. Around 99.9% of the
items we sell come new directly from the manufacturer and we will get a lot of retired
items as well. It is very uncommon for us to list a secondary market item but if we
do it will be indicated in the auction listing. If you're looking for something in
particular and you don't see it listed, please
ask. We are authorized dealers for many lines (see above) and either carry
the full line or have access to it. We stock hundreds if not thousands of items and
not everything is up for auction at any one point in time due to the fact that there just
aren't enough hours in the day for us to list!
We respect our customers and our eBayfeedback shows it. We are proud to be eBay Power
Sellers and will do our best to treat each customer with respect and dignity!
We want to make your experience a professional one, yet fun with a personal
touch!
Any item you bid on from Count Your
Beans (countyourbeans) will be packaged with the utmost care and will
include a receipt. We want you to be satisfied! We ship via the United
Parcel Service (UPS) and also offer the option of the United States Postal
Service (USPS). Packages over 2 lbs shipped in the continental USA are almost always more
cost-effective to ship with UPS so this is our default shipping method. USPS is our
default method for international customers or those customers living in Alaska or Hawaii.
We also offer UPS Standard Service to Canada..
Upon winning an auction, you will
generally be contacted within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday) with payment
instructions. We often do work on weekends but we try to keep this for family
time. We try to answer all email within 1 business day or less. As there
are just two of us handling emails, we do our very best and appreciate your support.
If for some reason, you do not hear from us, please write or call
and please always include your name, email address and item # you are referencing.
We come across many auction winners a month each month whose eBay email addresses are
invalid and we have also noticed that some ISPs with high security will route unknown
emails into spam folders.
We generally try to ship in the
mornings on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We're sorry but we are not set up to
allow personal pick-ups. During busier times of the year or on weeks with holidays, our
shipping schedule may modify slightly. We will send an email within approximately 24-36
hours of shipment with your tracking or delivery confirmation # so you can follow the
progress of your package online. We also try to leave positive feedback within
approximately 24-36 hours of payment receipt. We appreciate your positive feedback as
well.
CountYourBeans gladly combines customer
wins whenever feasible to save you on S/H fees. For easier recordkeeping, we ask
that your combined wins take place within a 7 day period unless you've contacted us for
prior arrangements. Extra large items may not be able to be combined but most
dolls and bears travel nicely with added companions.
We ask for payment to be mailed within
5 business days of auction close or sent electronically within 7 days of auction
close. If you are combining wins, there is more flexibility, however please respect
us and don't put us in the uncomfortable position of waiting weeks for your payment and
having to follow-up. We hope you'll understand that this is our livelihood. We enjoy
what we do and want to continue to afford offering lots of super collectibles at eBay.
