This company is a division of Team.Jar but is considered more independent from them, due to what we do, but its under team.jar main site, www.ntads.net and our new domain stealthi.net . Our main work are related to customization of items and we are mainly resellers, 95% of all items DONT come in original package

----Shipping policy:

We usually ship Via FedEx or Usps. All of our shipping prices are usually flat rate[read terms and agreements] and insurance is now required. Our rules for shipments to Canada is different then shipments to the United States, for more information you must contact the leader at cptyoshiknifer@gmail.com , more contact information will be provided below.

----Return Policy:

We normally return only 50-75% of the full price[Minus shipping] to the person, tax is always refunded back to our customer [in CA only]. This is an e-bay exclusive, for information on return for customization work, contact us. There are exceptions to the return policy, if there is, it shall be stated in the description.

Stealth-i Productions E-bay basic terms and agreements:

1. We only return 50-75% of full price [minus shipping] - Percentage depending on item, value, attiude
2. 60% will NOT INCLUDE the shipping price
3. 90% of all shipments are Via FedEx unless stated otherwise
4. All sales in California is subjected to 8.25% tax, all other 48 states we ship to are subjected to a 5% charge for out of state processing.
5. We remove tax requirements for all government employees, Proof needed.
6. Special Items [Example: bonus items], Will be paid separately and will not be covered by return policy nor shall it be covered in any form of returning.
7. We reserve the rights to refuse sales of an item to you, and we reserve the rights to void our return policy at any time for any reason.
8. Any item that breaks SHOULD BE SENT BACK IMMEDIATELY FOR INSPECTION, on inspection we will check for any abuse. If any are found [this includes disassembling etc.] then you have void the terms and agreements and is subjected to void of money back offer. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. All shipment back is also the responsibility of shipping to back for repair.
9. We reserve the rights to say an item is broken or not, we triple tested ALL OF OUR ITEMS WE SELL [PRIOR TO SELLING, unless stated otherwise]. We have the rights to accuse you of tampering with the item and void our return policy.
10. We respect those who respect us, if we feel that you want to be a jerk about this return then we warn you before hand that we will subject a VOID on this return policy. ONCE AGAIN YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
11. Any threats to our company will be reported to the highest authority possible, this is for the protection of our buyers and our company
12. All bidder's id are kept private in order to keep their privacy and keep them secure, making all bidder's id to be private to us only.
13. Please read image notes, it occasionally states what is included in the auction. Also note, what the title states is always what it comes with unless other wise stated.
14. For packages weighting more then 2pds the buyer is responsible to pay an extra $2.50 from the original flat rate shipping price. This only affects states east of the plain states[Mid-us], it will be added during check out. This has been added due to recent increase in shipping charges, all states west of Mid-us will not be subjected to these charges.
15. We have the rights to change or update this T/A at anytime and hereby you still agree to it even when it changes, you always have the rights to retract your bid, thus making you responsible.
16. Once you bid on the item, you hereby state that you have read the Terms and agreements above and have agreed prior to your bid.
17. You officially stated that you read product description perfectly and had seen the new updates and hereby will not hold Stealth-i Production for your mistakes, all mistakes on the item[description] will result in a return[minus shipping] of the full price and must be shipped back on the cost of the buyer.
18. All items will have required insurance ranging from $3-$10 to ensure good transactions.  You must also wait for invoice so we may add the insurance properly.
