Welcome to my world....................
What's my world like? Well I have a lot of interests. I sew, do crafts, rubber stamping, read,(I collect old antique books) do crosswords, play the guitar,(learning the fiddle, though ever so slowly!!) I love bluegrass festivals. I do decoupage, make quilts, and love word puzzles,especially jumbles and scrambles in the daily newspaper. I love vintage clothing, but especially vintage hats. I have quite a collection of hats which I actually wear! What fun to show up at a camp BBQ in a 1950's ladies fancy sunday go to meeting hat! My favorite thing to do is shop! With all these interests and hobbies,I never run out of things to shop for. And oh the thrill of a great bargain!!!! I get so excited when I get a great product at a bargain price! That is what makes shopping Ebay so addictive. It's sorta like yard saleing from the living room!! I love , love, love it!!

Old purchases.......New purchases... The thrill of the hunt!
I live in rural Maine. A little Mill town in the middle of the North Maine woods. Nearest shopping 1 hour North or 1 hour south!! And in the winter, snow freezing weather, horrid driving conditions..forget it! Internet shopping is a godsend. Even with shipping charges I still make out well most times! I love to share great finds with others who have limited shopping opportunities like mine. I will link some of my best finds (and bargains) so you too can find some of those hard to find items ..or a great product at a yard sale price. And maybe you can steer me in the direction of some great finds! That would be cool too.
