If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a complete purchase price refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. Returns MUST be made within 7 days of delivery as recorded by the US Postal Service tracking. All returned items must be retuned in the same unused condition they arrived in. Please see our return section further down on this page.
Business Days
Our normal business days are Monday through Friday. We may answer e-mails or send invoices on the weekends, however, please don't count on communication on the weekends. If we are unavailable other days, we will post the information on this page.
Shipping
NO OVERSEAS SHIPPING - WE WILL NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES -- THIS INCLUDES CANADA. We WILL ship to valid APO/FPO addresses - any taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer. Any package going OUTCONUS requires us to go out to the post office instead of just sending it with our normal pick up, and we don't have the time to go running to the post office all the time. We ship as soon as possible! Check out our feedback! We ship Mon-Fri (sometimes Sat.), USPS First class, and Priority. We send notice of shipment sent, so if you think your package should have been sent or received, please e-mail us and we will check on it for you. (We are only human and can lose papers or e-files just as easily as the next guy!) For items weighing over 13 oz. we ship Priority Mail as this is a good value. For most multiple wins and items with a weight of 3 lbs or more, we will ship parcel post, (but remember that this can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive and there will be a packing fee in addition to the postage, as we will have to pay for the box to ship in). Some items will fit in a flat rate box, and can save you $$ on shipping as well. This option is included in those auctions.
Combining Wins
In order to save money on shipping costs, we will combine wins. We do try to be accurate in the amount of postage due, and in some cases, combining shipping might save you only $.20. We do not guarantee that you will pay less when combining wins, however, you will never be charged more than the actual shipping cost listed in the auction unless you request special services such as signature confirmation. For example, if you win 2 items, and the shipping charge is $1.50 for one and $2.00 for the other, if we combine these items ant the actual postage is $3.85, we will only charge you $3.50. You MUST follow our instructions in order to combine wins. Please pay with PayPal by using the link provided in your winner notification. Only do this is if ALL the auctions you won are listed. When paying via PayPal for combined auctions, you must pay the total with ONLY ONE PayPal payment. Failure to pay from the combined invoice could mean a delay in the processing of your order, as all items may not be listed as paid. Should you not pay from the invoice (via PayPal) and not all of your items shipped, you (the Buyer) are respoonsible for the extra postage to ship your item. If these instructions are not followed, then listed shipping costs in the individual auctions will apply.
Signature and Delivery Confirmation
Please note: Insurance is not available. We will replace damaged items ourselves provided our return policy is followed. We will pay for return shipping for items damaged due to shipping. Signature confirmation is available for an additional $1.80. This means you will be required to sign at the time of delivery, and you may be required to pick up and sign for your package at the post office. Delivery confirmation is on all packages we ship, unless it is unavailable. We will replace (if available) or refund broken or damaged items upon return to us. Damage claims must be made within or within 7 days of delivery as recorded by the USPS. We normally ship in Tyvek or tear-proof plastic envelopes or USPS Priority Mail Boxes. Please remember that the shipping cost includes packing materials (such as bubble wrap and Tyvek envelopes) as well as actual postage.
PayPal payments
For fast shipping, pay through PayPal. You get your items quickly (see my feedback) as they usually ship within 24 hrs of your payment being received, with the big exception for the weekends as we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. If you use e-check, your package will ship once the e-check clears (which is still a shorter wait than a conventional check or money order.)
Checks or Money Orders
Items paid for with a money order will ship immediately. Items paid for with a check will have a two (2) week hold time from the date it arrives for the check to clear our bank and yours. Any check returned unpaid for any reason will be subject to an additional $15.00 fee, as well as money order or PayPal payment required as an alternative form of payment. This fee is payable even if the check is returned after the 14 day waiting period. Please use the checkout feature for check mailing address.
Bid Retraction?
If you bid on an item, and wish to cancel your bid, we will cancel your bid for you if you contact us and there is sufficient time to cancel it before the auction ends. Even if you send an email right away, it could take up to 3 days for us to read it as we don't always answer emails on weekends or holidays. This is an emergency measure ONLY! You are responsible for your bid if we are unable to cancel it for you. Bids can't be canceled for BUY IT NOW auctions.
Payment terms
Payments MUST be received within 7 days of auction end. Checks or money orders must arrive within 7 days of the auction end. (Mail your check or m/o ASAP. If the postmark is more than 5 days after the auction end, it will probably arrive late.) If payment is not received within 7 days of auction end, non-paying bidder, negative feedback may be left and the item will be relisted. If you have any problems or questions, contact us immediately!
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept returns following these guidelines: All returns must be authorized in advance. If your item is damaged, we will replace it, if available, or refund your complete purchase price (ex: Bid - $10, Shipping $4, total refunded $14.00). We will not issue a complete refund for the return of a damaged item if we can replace it. If you do not like your item (it doesn't fit, the color doesn't match, or you decide you don't want it) we will refund the purchase price of the item only, not postage (ex: Bid $10, shipping $4, total refunded $10.) Refunds will only be issued upon return of the item in original, unused condition (and yes, we can tell). If your return gets "lost" during return shipping, we will not issue a refund. In over 5000 items shipped, we have only "lost" 2, so we know it does not happen often. We love the USPS and delivery confirmation and tracking services!
