• We do not believe in hidden charges but we do have to charge for shipping and handling to cover material expenses and warehouse charges. I know how disappointing it is to receive an item that is broken and since most of our items are very fragile we take extra care to professionally package all of our items with added packing materials in a box that is slightly larger than necessary to try to ensure safe delivery of your purchase. For these reasons the cost of shipping may seem a little higher than you might expect but I can assure you it's worth the added protection & it is better than receiving a broken item.

• Combined Shipment Discounts will be made available for most items. (some items are extremely delicate and Very Carefully Pre-Packed from the Manufacturer, which make it impossible to combine with other items.) This allows buyers to send a single, combined payment for items purchased within a 3 day time period.

  Our Combined Shipping Discounts are based on the total weight of all items to be combined with only one handling fee added for the entire combined order (not for each item in the order). When a buyer purchases an item a message will display offering the availability of a combined shipping discount for the purchase or additional items. When a payment for more than one item is combined, eBay will automatically calculate the shipping discount and deduct it from the total cost of the purchase when a buyer initiates payment.

• All Shipments will be sent within 3 business days of Payment Received. (Usually shipments will go out the next day.)

• We Ship in the United States Only. (We are not set up for the necessary export documents needed for international shipping.)

• Since most of the items that we sell cannot be replaced if damage should occur, Insurance will be required. Fees vary depending on the value of the item.

• We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! We are happy to accept returns for a refund within 14 days of end of auction if you are not completely satisfied. (Shipping, handling & Insurance are non-refundable.)

• (Items must be returned in original condition and packaging - upon receipt you will receive your refund.)

• If there was an error on our part, please notify us immediately. Then we will pay the shipping for you to return the item and we will correct the error right away.

• If you receive an item that is damaged, please Email us within 3 days of receiving damaged merchandise for replacement.

• All Freight Claims must be settled with Freight Carrier before issuing replacement or refunds.

• We reserve the right to replace item(s) before refund.
