As I said before, I do not have twenty years of sewing experience but I can assure you that I spend a great deal of time making sure my items are safe, durable, and unique. I strive to provide small animal owners with beautiful, hand made cage sets that their precious fur babies find comfort in.

Fabric is washed and stored until use. All items are made in a smoke free home.

Please Read: While I stand by my products, I cannot guarantee that they will last forever. Please be mindful and check often for loose threads. If your animals start to chew at the fabric, please toss the item to prevent them from getting caught in the exposed threads. If you have problems with an item after purchase, please contact me as I will gladly work together with you on a solution.

Washing Instructions: Toys should be hand washed in warm water using a mild soap. Thoroughly dry metal parts and allow to air dry. Bedding pieces can be machine washed, medium spin speed with cold water (or hand wash/delicate cycle if you prefer). Solid fleece pieces can be allowed to air dry and I prefer throwing pieces with cotton in the dryer for about ten minutes on low since cotton takes quite a bit longer to dry than fleece.

**I wash pieces with chain as is. Just connect it in a crisscross formation to keep it from flailing about in the washer. If you want to remove it, you can make a cut in one side of the chain link.
