We will show how we make silver jewels with photographs from our laboratory. .
First step we create the first model made by silver(pic1) and after we will use this first model to create the rubber for the wax models(pic2,3,4)next step we will make the wax tree with the wax models(pics5,6)
We put in metal container and we fill with plaster after we put in the oven and the wax melts and the plaster internally has taken the mold of the wax tree (pic7) after we will put in the oven in very high temperature in order to becomes very hard the plaster(pic8)
We will warm the silver until it melts(pic9,10)
The silver melt is ready and we put the metal container with plaster(pic11,12)
Via the centrifugal force we will import silver in the metal glass and after we put the metal glass in water to remove the plaster (pic13,14)
