Business Return Policy:
Goods that are found to be faulty or damaged must be returned within 7 working days of receipt. Postage and any packing costs for return, will be deemed to be the buyers responsibility.
Items found to be damaged specifically in transit must be notified on receipt by email or telephone immediately.A photograph of damaged packaging is always helpful.
If there are any problems, please contact me in the first instance. I am always willing to listen and assist.

Dave Webster.....
has been playing guitar, both amateur and professionally, for 30 years and has been teaching since 1985. The banjo and bass tuition has featured since 1993.
Repairs to all fretted stringed instruments are undertaken by Dave Webster in the studio workshop. 20 years of experience, plus guaranteed workmanship and materials,combine to offer a great service.
Facilities exist for repairs to all types of guitar and PA amplifiers. Repairs are undertaken by Mike Goodall in a separate repair workshop in the vicinity.
Guitar Bass & Banjo Tuition:
All styles of music are catered for on the guitar or bass, excluding Classical and Flamenco guitar. The younger people start to learn to play the better, the lower age limit is six years old and no upper age limit.
It doesn’t matter with regards to the individual’s ability; beginners to advanced pupils are all welcome. Also there are no time restrictions on how long one has to attend lessons for, some pupils have been with the business for seven years or more, while others have a specific objective and may be moving on within a matter of months; the choice is yours.
