I have a very varied selection of stuff for sale from 60's british invasion rock till present (mainly classic rock, 70's prog rock, 60's garage & psych, alternative/punk rock, post punk/new wave from the 70's till present & lots more). SHIPPING & HANDLING RATES:
AS OF 5/14/06 ALL SHIPPING RATES ARE NOW HERE ON MY EBAY PAGE & ALSO ON A POSTAGE PAGE IN MY EBAY STORE & NO LONGER ON THE ACTUAL ITEM PAGES IN THE TEXT SINCE THE POSTAGE RATES ARE CLIMBING HIGHER MORE FREQUENTLY, I'LL HONOR ALL LISTED SHIPPING RATES ON OLDER ITEMS BUT IN BULK PACKAGES OF NEWER & OLDER ITEMS THE CURRENT SHIPPING RATES PREVAIL. I DON'T OFFER DISCOUNTS ON MULTIPLE ITEMS ON EACH ITEM PAGE BECAUSE OF PROBLEMS WITH AUTOMATIC COMBINED SHIPPING ISN'T ACCURATE ENOUGH ON MIXED FORMATS, I PROMISE I WILL CHARGE YOU PRETTY CLOSE TO ACTUAL COST ON MULITPLE ITEM PACKAGES. MY RATES DIDN'T GO UP ON A WHOLE LOT ON THIS NEWEST POSTAL INCREASE, I'D RATHER MAKE MY CUSTOMERS & ABSORB THE COSTS.
LP SHIPPING IN THE USA:
1 single record is $5.50 for priority mail & each additional record is $1 extra at this rate (double LP sets count as 2 LP for shipping).
$3 for media rate mail & each additional record is 50 cents.
LP SHIPPING FOR FOREIGN CUSTOMERS:
First Class Mail International postage to Canada is $5.50 for 1 LP or $7 for 2 LP's $2 each additional LP.
First Class Mail International to the rest of the world is $11 for 1 LP & $3.50 each additional LP.
Foreign conomy rate (AKA surface) mail no longer exists but I can also do priority mail or express mail if you need your orders shipped that way for $1 above actual shipping cost.
LP SHIPPING OTHER VARIOUS INFO: I use real coated cardboard LP mailers when I ship vinyl & these are very durable. I usually take the records with the inner sleeves out of the covers (unless factory sealed) so they don't split the seams of the cover in shipment. Then I put them in a 3 mil plastic sleeve & then wrap a plastic bag around them to keep them from flopping around in the mailer, this method seems to work best (keeps the LP's usually under a pound & saves a lot on shipping rates worldwide compared to using cardboard inserts, had no breakage yet in HUNDREDS of shipments this way), if I added cardboard it also would make the weight of it more prone to the corners getting dented in transit. 10" records & 12" singles count as 1 LP for shipping. Single laserdiscs count as 2 LP's for shipping. All records are black vinyl unless noted & inserts/ gatefold covers/posters/custom inner sleeves will be noted in description if they are included & cutout marks stated if they are.
USA CD SHIPPING:
$5 for priority mail up to 3 discs & $1 each additional disc.
$2.50 for 1 CD by first class mail & $3.50 for 2 CD's at this rate.
3 CD's by media mail is $2.50 & .50 cents each additional disc at this rate.
FOREIGN CD SHIPPING (First Class International Mail):
CD's sent with cases:
Canada $3 for 1 CD or $4 for 2 discs & $1 each additional disc.
The rest of the world $5 for 1 CD or $8 for 2 discs & 2 each additional disc.
I can also send any 1 CD without it's jewel case for $3 worldwide & add $1 each additional CD for shipping that way, this also applies to cd singles in thin cardboard sleeves but not digipack sleeve CD cases.
Global Priority & Express mail is also an option at $1 over actual postage on any size order at that rate.
OTHER CD INFO:
Thick double sets count as 2 CD's but double CD's in slim cases count as just one CD if there is no outer box on them), box sets & multi discs shipping will be in the description. I send first class CD's usually in bubble mailers & put plastic 4 mil sleeves on them (if they aren't shrink wrapped already) I replace most of the jewel cases I send out so they tend to look brand new.
USA VHS SHIPPING:
$2.50 for media rate mail for 1 or $3.50 for two.
$5 for priority mail in the USA ($1 each additional tape).
FOREIGN VHS SHIPPING:
$8.00 for 1 tape to anywhere in the world except Canada which is $5 for 1 tape.
Multiple tapes will depend on the weight.
USA 7" SINGLE SHIPPING:
$5 for 1 to 3 records by priority mail in the USA & .50 cents each additional record.
$2.50 for 1 7" by first class mail (& $1 extra for 2 7" first class mail).
$2.50 for 3 7by media mail & .50 cents each additional record.
FOREIGN 7" SINGLE SHIPPING:
First class international postage to Canada is $3 for 1 7" & $4 for 2 7" singles.
First class international postage to the rest of the world is $5.00 for 1 7" & $1.50 each additional.

OTHER 7" SINGLE SHIPPING INFO:
45's are sent in real 7" record mailers & are generally packed the same way I pack the LP's for shipping (records taken out of pic sleeves & put in plain white sleeves & put in a plastic 7single sleeve before being wrapped in a plastic bag).
DVD SHIPPING: same shipping rate as CD's.
PRESS KIT SHIPPING:
$2.50 for first class mail for one or $3.50 for two.
$5 for priority mail (& .50 cents each additional in the USA).
Foreign $5 for one & $2 each additional.
BOOKS/TOURBOOK SHIPPING:
$3 for media rate mail on any 1 item (unless noted in item description).
Priority mail & foreign will depend on weight see the item description.
INSURANCE IN THE USA is a flat $1.65 any size order. Insurance is the customers responsibility.
INSURANCE FOR FOREIGN ORDERS: Registration & insurance is $10 extra per package on first class international mail, only covers about $45 value but is the safest method (slightly slower than regular airmail). I rarely have any foreign mail shipped out that gets lost but recommend this on very expensive packages or if you are having problems with your mail, insurance is the customers responsibility.
OTHER FOREIGN INFO: I very much welcome my foreign customers, a full 1/2 or more of all my ebay sales go overseas now so I've become quite used to dealing with overseas bidders. Any package exceeding 4 pounds now has to go priority mail or other faster & more expensive services & will have to quote specific rates after weighing the packages.
I go to the Post Office pretty much every day during the summer (but Sunday & Holidays they are closed for & if I go out of town which I rarely do for more than a day or two at a time) during the winter every other day sometimes, assume all Mondays Wednesdays & Fridays, most orders paid for by noon eastern standard time will ship the same day.
GRADING: I pretty much use the Goldmine & Record Collector magazines standards for grading, I can send you a link for details in depth about record/cover grading. My other items like CD's & books go by the same grading system as a general guide, I've been selling records & CD's professionally for over 20 years now & I try to be accurate in my grading (read my feedbacks on that, I rarely mis-grade, records are always VISUALLY graded only unless stated) & I do not accept best offer, prices are firm on everything I sell on ebay.
I will email customers the day I send out the item (or the day before), I would just base getting insurance on your item if you have had mail lost in the past or if it is an expensive item.
Please contact me within 3 days of the end of the auction to confirm you got my end of auction info or just pay directly through PayPal if you want at the end of the auction (most of you do this). Buyer pays shipping & payment is expected within 7 days after the auction ends (10 for foreign customers, I will allow even longer if money is sent by registered mail), on day 7 (or 10 for foreign customers) I'll send a non payment warning (which means you have 7 days left to make payment once you get the warning from ebay). Negative feedback will always be left for non payers (& positive feedback if you pay me in a timely manner). I always try to contact the winner within 24 hours of getting payment to let them know I received it & when the item is going out.
PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN'T GET PAYMENT TO ME ON TIME!

I pack items very well because I know how rough the mail can be sometimes. All sealed items are sold as is, unless you want me to check it before it is sent out to make sure the condition is perfect or near perfect I will open it when payment arrives for you if you want.
