We devote a great deal of time and effort to inspecting all of our items so that we do not disappoint our buyers. We pride ourselves in always being upfront if there is something that should be mentioned.Our buyers regularly report that our items are "even better than described". Just check our feedback! If for some reason we do overlook a possible defect your money will be refunded ..that is our rule!
NOTIFICATION AFTER AUCTION
This is the Most important component of winning an auction! To acknowledge and reply immediately to our winning notification email. That must be done within 24 hours of the auction. There will be no exceptions. Auction will be null and void after that time but the bidder is still responsible for all auction insertion fees and final cost fees or NPB will be filed.
These may be waivered for some auction at our own descretion.
Payment Terms and Conditions
Payment must be made promptly,terms of payment will be disclosed by the buyer within the 48 hour response after receiving notification through PAYPAL. An ample time for mailed checks and money orders will be given 7 days to be received, however if you use Paypal or any other online payment we would like that within 2 days.If there is a delay we must be notified before that time immediately explaining the reason. We will leave positive feedback and expect the same .
Payment Method Ships
Paypal prefered but we do accept postal Money orders & Cashier's Check, Personal Checks are accepted but item is sent only after notification of clearance from the bank . We will ship next day for Paypal (if an echeck it will be held for shipping until cleared deposit) , we do have the discretion on when to ship your items.
Return PolicyIn order to be eligible for a refund you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your purchase . A 7 day time limit will be given on receiving the returned item. If it is not recieved at that time or before all return options are null and void and the item will not be accepted.Refund requests after this date will not be accepted from first time customers. If you are a repeat buyer we may reconsider the deadline in extreme circumstances. We do not refund shipping costs. All refunds will be limited to the amount of your high bid. This is common practice for mail order purchases and is not negotiable. The item will be considered to have been sold AS IS. If you request a refund for any reason other than those listed above and we do approve your request, your refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if our terms are not met and it was considered. Please note that if we mail out the item and it is returned and we have made attempts to try to reach you we reserve the right to resell the item until we hear from you . If we hear from you within a year from the time of the purchase we will refund your money for the item. Everything is up to our discretion.
Sizing and Description Policy
We buy many items from private local sellers, estate sells or studio selll outs etc. On clothing we can only guarantee the measurements stated in the auction, they are taking with a measureing tape, not the metal tape measure they use for construction.
They are accurate and as described ,we guarantee it with a 100% seal of trust. Please note that the sizes indicated in our auctions may be different than the manufacturers tag in some situations. Because the sizes vary so wildly among designers and some expert alterations are difficult to detect except in measurements, we evaluate the measurements of our items to ensure that the posted size is consistent with the garment measurements. I cannot stress strongly enough that you should consider the measurements of a garment prior to bidding- sizes are frequently misleading and measurements are the best method to gauge the fit of a garment. We will only issue refunds if the measurements are incorrect, not the size indicated.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Days:
We ship items three times weekly and special requests. Please note that INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING has different priorities, please read below.Please allow at least 2 weeks to receive your item (business days only), this is not the usual but sometimes due to holidays and faulty mail service this can happen and we cannot be held responsible. *NEW We now will send next day shipping if it applies. Payment must be received by noon on the day prior to our shipping day in order to be included in the shipment. Please understand that we are dealing with an excess of people/payments each week and it is virtually impossible for us to check with the bank on a daily basis to determine which personal checks have cleared, and due to the large quantity of bounced checks we have received all personal checks will be subject to a 10 day hold. If you have special circumstances, you may request your item to be shipped on a day other than we planned our shipping there will be a $3.00 additional charge which does not include any overnight or Express Mail charges you may wish to pay to receive your item faster than Priority Mail. Again we want to add that
WE DO NOT REFUND POSTAGE ON RETURNED ITEMS EVER
Nor do we refund a package that is lost or never arrives and was uninsured. International shipping purchases are at your own risks. It is difficult to trace these items and in some cases insurance cannot be purchased so be aware of this before you bid. There is one major Term for all of our International buyers that you should become aware of and that is we cannot and will not be responsible for import taxes or charges if the item is returned. This is at your own risks even if the mistake was ours.
Combined Shipping on Multiple Items:
We are glad to combine shipping to save you money if you are the winner of multiple items in a 7 day period. To calculate your total shipping costs just take the highest shipping cost listed in the auctions you have won and then add $1.50 for each additional item.
Shipping Charge:
Our shipping rates in the USA vary but averages from $6.75 for 1lb, then $2 for each additional pound whcih includs delivery confirmation. We ship first class air or priority. If you want Express mail is guaranteed be prepared to pay a lot more its expensive The shipping amount listed in the auction description does not include insurance.
Insurance:
You are responsible for any costs of insuring your items. If you choose not to pay for postal insurance we cannot be held responsible for any damage or disappearance of shipments. You are responsible for the safety of your items. If you choose not to insure you item and it is lost or damaged by the post office we will not issue a refund. I hope you understand this is negotiable and we will take certain situations under consideration that we felt was our error. I would also like to add on some circumstances we do add insurance at our costs. I have yet to lose a package though.Insurance rates are as follows: For $50 insurance add $2.00; $100 insurance add $3.00; For each $100 additional insurance add additional $1.10
OUR FEEDBACK POLICY
Our philosophy on feedback is worthless to eBay so whats the point dealing with them, but to our customers it is extremely important.
Please leave us 5 DSRs, the star rating must have 5 . Anything less and eBay lowers us on the search engine..even for 4 stars. We can usually tell who hit us with a lower star and really hurts us especially if we werent given the opportunity to make sure you were happy with the transaction. Those we discover dinged our stars for reasons beyond our control we block & send out the word to other sellers. Sellers are getting dinged on their DSR stars for shipping cost...when hey..they are on the page before you have to bid. Thats wrong man, you shouldnt bid if you dont like the shipping charge. If you think the shipping is high and you want to email us and ask we love that but dont screw us after the fact.
We just play by the rules period and try to run a fair & awesome business. We do file a NPB if you do not pay and will follow through as we are not intimidated nor will be threatened with Negative Feedback for reasons that are beyond our control.
It is unfortunate that some use feedback friviously never even giving the sellers a chance to repond or simply to retailiate because they "think" the seller was trying to rip them off. Sellers like myself WILL NOT RIP YOU OFF. The liberty of feedback is always left up to the buyer,and the seller has the choice to leave positive as well.
We always offer another way or solution and would appreciate a chance if you are unsatisfied.
