Hello, I have been selling things on ebay for a while now. I have met a lot of very nice people and I hope to continue doing so.
When I list anything on ebay I try very hard to describe every item as best as I can.
My opinion on ebays new feedback policy:
I am a small time seller and I believe very much in customer service. I have never stolen from anyone and never will. Ebays new feedback policy is very unfair to the good sellers. I realize something needs to be done about the bad sellers and buyers on ebay, but I honestly believe that over 90 percent of small sellers and buyers are good people and are not scam artists. We live in a world of all kinds of people and unfortunately there are the scam artist that we share it with. I have sold on ebay for over 7 years and I have ran into only a few scam artists with the thousands of sales and purchases I have made. The only way we know who are the good people to deal with was through feedback. Now as a seller I don't know who is the good, the bad or the ugly until I run across that person. I have chosen to only leave feedback after it is received for these reasons. I strongly disagree with ebays new and unfair feedback policy, but what the hey... If I want to sell what I have I guess I have to deal with it as best as I can.
So because of this system, I ask that if you have any complaint at all with your purchase, PLEASE e-mail me first and lets see if we as adults can work out any problems that you may have. If you leave a neutral or a negative feedback it will only hurt my future sales because now ebay will put sellers on the bottom of any and all search results while charging the same fees as people that are on the top of search results. This not only will hurt my sales but it will also hurt the animals that I use this money for in my rescue mission to help homeless animals. Ebay has eliminated the feedback withdrawal also so even if we work a problem out I am still stuck with the neutral or negative that was left along with being put on the bottom of search, which causes less sales. Ebay is against small time sellers like me because it seems they now only want the large corporate business listing on their site, so PLEASE work with me if you have a problem with your purchase. I am a good person and I believe in treating people the way I want to be treated, So give me that chance please if you have a problem. I am not one of the big corporate businesses that don't care about their feedback or their customer service. I care, and I care about my customers being happy. Thank you!
I am one of the biggest dog lovers you will ever meet. I have raised and trained German shepherds for over 25 years. I almost always have puppies or some coming soon. I'm a certified animal care specialist. My family always wanted me to be a vet because I have done so much with animals. German Shepherds are the biggest part of my life. I believe in breeding only high quality dogs. Being a dog trainer over the years, I have seen many poor quality dogs brought into this world and many broken hearts. Believe me, there is a lot more to breeding a great litter of pups than just breeding a dog just for the fun of it. If you have ever thought about getting a good dog please make sure you have a good breeder. It will pay you back a thousand times over. There are way to many unwanted dogs in this world being put to sleep every day. Get your dog neutered or spade if you don't have the experience in breeding for great high quality puppies. Most unwanted litters of pups end up homeless or put to sleep. PLEASE stay away from puppy-mill puppys, Most all pet stores sell puppy-mill puppys. If you buy a puppy from these places, you are only giving them the revenue they need to stay in business and continue abusing these poor animals. I know the puppies are cute and most times people feel sorry for the puppies they see in the pet stores, so they buy that homeless puppy. By buying that poor puppy you are making it possible for the puppy mills to stay in business. Please do a search on puppymill videos and you will see what I mean. I have met so many people that have had their heart broken by these places, Dont let it happen to you. These places need to be put out of business and the only way that will ever happen is if people stop buying from them. Help stop this animal abuse and spread the word.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!I actively volunteer as much of my time as I can to help find homes for No Kill animal shelters and we have started a new program to help feed the animals. If you have weight circles from any of the purina (Proplan) dog/cat foods and treats and upc code (Proof of purchase) from any other Dog/Cat foods and treats, we sure could use them. Our food distributor gives us a discount for every one we send in. so any help in getting these would be very much appreciated by the dogs and cats in the shelters.
