We only offer a limited subset of retail priced items on ebay primarily due to extensive ebay restrictions. Also note we will be unable to continue listing

Due to the complexity of shipping details, payment methods, and items
offered we have chosen to post a single terms page which we believe will
answer some of your questions which are not directly related to a specific
auction listing itself. This will make our listings load faster and
provide a more enjoyable experience for our customers.

Posters , make beautiful display art. Some items are offered for historic
purposes. While many items offered are fully restored posters , many are
simply offered in their current state with the intended audiences being those
interested in the content and not necessarily the aesthetic value.
Each auction has an image of the item being offered which is an accurate
representation of the item you will receive.
In some cases a
historic
map will be offered in existing condition with many issues such as tears,
rips, and stains. In some cases sections of details will be missing. You
will clearly see this in the auction image. These items are offered for historic
purposes as we have a large number of historians who purchase our items for
research purposes.
Of special note is our large 2000+ collection of
vintage
baseball card posters. These make incredible bar / game room decor. We
have received many requests for the actual cards - sorry - we only have posters
of the cards!
Printed items will have a white border proportional to the viewable image
size vs the paper size.
Landscape
prints are shipped 11x14 borderless. All paper sizes are standard
(11x14, 18x24, 24x36, 36x54) and are printed on a wide variety of media.

Do You Combine Shipping?
Yes - All items won within a 7 day period will be combined and receive
shipping discounts. Please wait for our automated system to send an
invoice to your registered Ebay email account before paying. This will
ensure your shipping discounts and order totals are combined.
Remember, If you use Ebay's checkout system to pay each item individually
as you bid on them this will appear as multiple paid orders and you will
not receive shipping discounts.
To get combined shipping you must wait for ALL items you've bid
on in a seven day period to end prior to paying.
This is special note for AOL and other customers using spam
blocking on their email. You may find you haven't received our invoice
due to your ISP / Provider / AOL placing our emails in your spam folder.
We send email from the domain rainfall.com. Please adjust your spam
settings accordingly or check your spam folder as many times our invoice
gets tossed in the spam pile. You can always contact us
if you haven't received your invoice and we'll gladly resend it.
Do you send an invoice?
Yes - within 20 minutes after each auction you've bid on ends you'll receive
a full invoice which contains the most recent auction plus all other unpaid
auctions. This invoice has full payment instructions for using your credit
card ( Visa, Discover, Mastercard, Amex ), our address for sending a check
or money order, our toll free phone number for paying with credit card by
phone, and also a link to pay using Paypal.
I bid on 3 items but Paypal said added shipping costs.
Why is this?
While Ebay and Paypal have recently added support methods for allowing
free shipping for multiple quantity purchases the function does not always
work correctly.
Workaround: Should your account show a shipping amount that does
not match that shown in the auction listing please simply enter a negative
amount in the 'add seller discount' field on Paypal's checkout.
The best way to determine if Paypal / Ebay are asking for the correct
amount is to check our email invoice. We apologize for the inconvenience
but issues regarding then Paypal and Ebay websites are beyond our direct
control. If this happens to you please forward the auction number to ebay
support to help correct the problem.
Shipping and Processing Fees.

Payment Terms:
Payment required within 7 days of final auction close. Please keep this
in mind if paying by check or money order.
Credit card charges will appear on your bill as "KJA CONSULTING"
After 7 days a late notice is sent.
After 10 days a late notice is sent.
After 15 days a non paying bidder report is filed with Ebay.
After 20 days your order will be canceled and a non paying bidder strike
is issued.
Damage
We will promptly replace items damaged in delivery. While the vast majority
of items arrive on time in perfect condition there are occasions where a
package will be damaged by issues beyond your or our control. Please notify
us immediately so we may issue a rapid replacement. To expedite a replacement
we suggest customers email a photo of the damaged items clearly showing the
container and contents. Items may require return prior to replacement.
Exchanges
In the unlikely event that a customer orders an item by mistake we will
gladly exchange an item. Customers must return item in original sellable
condition for an exchange or a damage/upgrade fee may apply.
We'll gladly refund your personal purchase for any reason.
Here's a few simple guidelines:
Items must be returned within 14 days of original ship date in new, sellable
condition. Customers must contact us PRIOR to returning
any merchandise. Larger orders ( 4 or more items ) are considered commercial
and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges. If you're curious about the
quality of an item please purchase one as a sample.
Contact us and we can suggest prints that might best
suit your particular needs. When your're satisfied please continue and purchase
more. These policies are strictly enforced.
Rush Orders:
All rush orders MUST be placed over the phone to avoid mistakes. Additional
charges will apply to rush orders. Rush orders are NON REFUNDABLE.
Restrictions apply. Typical 2nd day air prices are $30 per order ( UPS ONLY
) and $60 for overnight ( UPS ONLY ).

Ebay Feedback:
We leave positive feedback when the transaction is complete. The transaction
is complete when the customer is 100% satisfied with the sale. We strongly
urge all customers to contact us to correct any issues
such as shipping damage, delay, or any other prior to using the feedback
board. Remember, you can not retract a feedback once left.
