Hi. As you may can tell, my name is Dennis Brown. I have been an ebayer since Sept 1998, both buying and selling items. I don't buy and sell as a business, but for personal pleasure. I hit up a lot of garage sales and go thrifting at Salvation Army and Goodwill stores looking for bargains as a hobby. I trade a lot of music equipment and computer parts, but if I run across a great deal on any item then I may post it for sale here, too.
My policies for selling are very straight forward: I guarantee everything I sell is "as described, as pictured" and will always go the extra mile, including refunding the buyer, if there is a discrepancy. I do not give a warranty, per se, but I always allow a week to make sure the item works as advertised. Sometimes I sell items for parts only, like broken laptops or guitars, etc. and these items are clearly identified and sold "AS IS" with no guarantee of any kind. My goal is to have everyone that does business with me be very happy, and I will always work with anyone if there is a problem. You can email me for my phone number if you ever want to speak with me personally on any deal.
As a rule, I accept money orders, certified checks and personal checks (of course, add 7 days for personal checks to clear) and PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, etc) using the wife's account (she buys and sells a lot more than I do, her username is p-bear). We live in Greensboro, NC.
