My ebay business began over 5 years ago. As an ocassional seller I really enjoyed the fact that ebay had created a unique venue to bring buyers and sellers together in community where we can safely trade, do business, recycle or repurpose our goods. Of course things change over time and as ebay grew I found the opportunity here to pursue my lifelong interest in design, sewing, collectibles and all things household and domestic. Rainbow Creek Creations is a business that reflects my eclectic style and values. I enjoy every aspect of working in this unique environment to create and share these items with my customers.
My mission as an ebay seller is to give my customers the best service and value available. I try to accommodate all my buyers needs by retaining friendly and flexible terms. This does not mean that I don't expect my buyers to abide by the terms of service or by ebay "rules." I expect that transactions will go smoothly and I will go the extra mile to insure that they do. I expect courteous acknowledgement and timely payments from buyers. If, for any reason, there is a problem I expect simple and timely communication so that I can do whatever possible to resolve the problem. In all my years and transactions on ebay I have not encountered a problem that couldn't be worked out if both parties are willing to try.
