A few notes about how we operate:
Auctions
As you can see from our current auctions, we take a lot of pictures! We find that it is best to take several pictures and provide you with as many angles as possible. After all, a picture is worth a thousand wordsnd allows you to determine the condition of an item.
Questions
We always answer questions to the best of our ability and usually respond within hours of when the question was posted.
Bidding
Only serious bidders please. Ask questions before you bide will answer them. We lose time and money when a non-paying bidder wins one of our auctions, so please do not bid if you do not intend on paying.
Shipping and Handling
Once payment has cleared we will ship your item within 2 business days. Holidays and weekends are excluded. We will always combine shipping (when appropriate) in order to save you money. Keep in mind that we auction off lots of glass items. In most cases, it is not realistic to combine multiple glass items just to save a few bucks on shipping. We keep our shipping costs as low as possible and charge a very small handling fee to cover the cost of shipping supplies for your item and the gas and time it takes to transport your item to the USPS or UPS Store.
Orders outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country/region. Additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Insurance
We pack every item with care and to the best of our ability. The goal is to ensure that your item arrives safe and sound. Please note that we are not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping. We do not work for the post office or UPS so please do not try to hold us responsible for their mistakes. It is highly recommended that you purchase insurance on all items, especially glass items that are no longer in production.
Payment
Please, no personal checks -- we prefer that you use PayPal. If you wish to send a money order, please e-mail us and let us know when we should expect your payment. We ask that you pay within seven (7) days of winning the auction. If for some reason you are not able to pay within seven (7) days then please e-mail us, otherwise a nonpaying dispute will be filed with eBay and the item will be put back up for auction. All international purchases must be paid in U.S. funds via PayPal.
Feedback
We always leave positive feedback once we have received positive feedback. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase then please contact us first before you leave negative feedback. We will do all that we can to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the transaction.
Be sure to add us to your favorite seller list because you never know what we may findt may just be that perfect collectable or rare item that you have been searching for.
