Because we are computer and technology experts we have
the ability to help you both before and after your purchase. We only sell
products that we have researched and tested for quality, performance and
compatibility.
In the unlikely event of installation and setup
problems we are always on hand to help you out. Unlike many "box
shifting" traders we are here to ensure you get all the help you need, even
after you have parted with your money.

Distance Selling Regulations
You are allowed by UK law to have a 7-day "cooling off" period, during which you can return the goods unused in "as new" condition for a full refund. See DTI Regulations. Any returns shall be made at the customer's expense, and must only be after contacting us for a returns (RMA) number.
Warranty
All our products, unless specified, are supplied brand
new, and either have our own 12 month warranty or (if they are retail products)
the manufacturers own warranty.
If you have a faulty product within 12 months of purchase
just contact us by e-mail. If after discussion the problem cannot be solved,
then you need to return the product to us at your expense. We will then
replace the product and return it at our expense.
If a returned product is found to be fault-free then we
will ask for payment for the return postage. If the problem is one of
compatibility then we will only refund the purchase and re-stock the item if it
is in brand new condition and including original packing. The refund will
be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and does not include the original postage cost.
Courier Delivery
Many of our products use the courier service provided by
CityLink. This is a next business day service for UK Mainland addresses, enabling next-day delivery of orders made before 1pm (and sometimes later). We provide an online tracking number when we e-mail confirmation of your order.
VAT / Business Customers
We provide a full VAT receipt with all orders. If
