Guarantee: 24 Hour Approval!
We stand behind our merchandise and want you to be happy with your
purchase, so we offer this guarantee: If, within 24 hours of signing
for your package, you're not completely satisfied that this item is
as we've described it, or as we've displayed it to you in the
accompanying drawings or photographs, simply contact us by phone,
fax, or e-mail, return the item to us in the original packing
materials, by the same carrier, at your expense, and we'll refund
your Bid Price, no questions asked!

Returns/Refunds:
- Seller MUST be contacted by Phone, Fax, or E-Mail, within 24 hours
of package receipt to qualify for Refund. (We track ALL
shipments by ALL carriers electronically, and use Shippers
Delivery timestamp for confirmation of delivery time. NO
EXCEPTIONS!)
- Once contacted,Seller will forward a Returned Merchandise
Authorization(RMA) number and return instructions by E-Mail within
72 hours of notification.
- Returned items MUST be repackaged in the original packaging
materials. Buyer MUST use the same Carrier that the item was
received from.
- Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs.
- Seller reserves the right to require Buyer to provide Insurance on
returned Items.
- No Returned packages will be accepted without a Returned
Merchandise Authorization Number, so if the package is returned
with postage/shipping due, or if the item is not returned by the
Carrier listed in the auction, or in the packaging or condition
that we shipped it to you, we will automatically deduct those
costs from the refund.

Shipping Damage:
The Shipping Carrier has been selected to ensure that your item(s)
arrive(s) in the best possible condition. Please don't try to
second-guess us, or whine about the shipping cost. Yes, we ARE aware
that sometimes shipping by another carrier may be less expensive.
However, rest assured, our selection will almost guarantee that you
will receive your item in the best possible condition.
Despite our best efforts, items may occasionally be damaged in
transit. Carriers are liable for damages only when damage is
indicated on the paperwork before you sign for the shipment. We
recommend that you inspect the outside and contents of all packages
and/or cartons received immediately. If any damage is found, write
details on the paperwork and save the shipment, including the carton
and inside packing material. Ask the delivery carrier to make an
inspection immediately. Per ICC regulations, it is the responsibility
of the Buyer to file a damage claim with the carrier promptly after
inspection.

Shipping & Handling Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated on the maximum estimated costs to send
the item from Tacoma, WA to Orlando, Fl. Other costs may be included
such as: Signature or Delivery Confirmation, Shipping Insurance
(carrier cost and/or self insurance estimate), and/or packaging costs.
For items shipped via UPS, refunds MAY be sent to buyers provided the
total shipping charge grossly exceeds the actual shipping cost. In our
experience, this is a rare occurance, but it DOES happen. You do not
need to do anything to receive the refund. We will automatically
notify you by e-mail if and when this type of refund will apply.

Liability:
Having no control over the use of the items we sell, we assume no
liability connected with their use or mis-use. Under no circumstances
are we, or our sources, liable for any loss, damage, or expenses of
any kind arising out of the use, or inability to use, our items.
