Presently, I am a student at the California State University at Northridge in my senior year with a declared major in Geography. My goal is to obtain a Master's Degree in Geography so that I can teach Science subjects at the local community college.
Simi Valley, County of Ventura, in Souther California is my hometown. I am about 30 minutes away from Malibu and Zuma beaches, and 30 minutes drive to the Chinese Theater and the Walk of Fame in Hollywood. La Placita Olvera (birth place of Los Angeles) is another skip and hop away.
I am the father of two children, a boy and a girl, and have a female Chihuahua dog. When I can, I go camping at Jawbone Canyon in the Mojave Desert and do extensive geographic surveys.

This is an exclusive store for cultured and educated customers who enjoyed collecting historical or hard to find items.For first class customer service, please email us 24/7. I check emails constantly, but keep in mind that I am a university student, and there will be times that I won't be able to get to you right away. I will answer your emails, and I do follow-ups after the sales.
SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES
One thing I'd like to make clear: I don't profit from shipping and handling fees. Most of the time they are not enough to offset insertion fees, features fees, final sale fees, actual shipping via USPS, packaging, labels, insurance, and other fees and expenses. Please become familiar with eBay's sellers fees schedule, and you'll agree with me. Also, and for security reasons, we don't allow local pick-ups. I'd be happy to adjust them for you if you feel they are too high; please email me, and you won't regret it.
ACCEPTABLE PAYMENTS
The price of the item already reflects a 3% discount when paying with your personal checks, money orders, bank checks, USPS money orders (we consider them as cash payments), and Paypal when paying from available cash in your Paypal account. If you wish to pay with a credit card or a back up source like your checking account from your Paypal account, then a 3% convenience fee will added to the total amount due. In this case you must contact me for instructions as to where to send the credit card payment; if not, your credit card payment will be rejected. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
SHIPPING
We do our shipping with the United States Postal Service Priority Mail w/signature required. Upgrades are available. After payment is completed, we ship Mondays thru Saturdays, unless of course there is a holiday. My turn around is two days, but my goal is to ship immediately.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns are expensive. Please read the item description carefully and email us with questions BEFORE you bid. Sales are final. Returns are allowed only if item description is inaccurate. In the unlikely event that you want to return your item, post mark it no later than three-business after you received it; if you can send it back sooner, we'll appreciate it very much. If you receive an item damaged or broken or lost in the mail, you will receive a full refund including your shipping costs. All insurance claims are originated by us after we receive the item in question, at which time will issue a full refund plus your shipping costs. We make no exceptions to this policy.
INSURANCE
Typically, insurance is included in the shipping and handling fee. Sometimes, we make it an option for you, in order to keep down the cost. If you refuse insurance at that instance, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss once it is no longer in our hands.

I always leave positive feedbacks, and appreciate very much if you reciprocate. If there is a problem, please give me a reasonable opportunity to solve it amicably. I like to do business with trading partners who are reasonable, cordial, understanding, and interested in leaving mutually positive feedbacks. If you are intransigent, rude and obnouxious, unreasonable, a scavenger or a bargain-hunter, suffering with bouts of psychoses, please shop somewhere else, but do not shop at my store.
