    Emilio is E and I am J of EJS Health Plus. We are a 50 something couple living life to the fullest, and dedicated to helping you do the same.

  13 years ago, Emilio was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes. He has had many of the complications, including open heart surgery, neuropathy, eye problems, and of course all the emotional issues that come along with it. I deal with rheumtoid arthritis with lung complications. Togther we have had to learn to confront these conditions head on.

  After many years of learning, copeing, and trying, we have found 2 things that play a key role in success. Knowledge about your condition, and exercise!

   Every purchase you make at EJS will have informational material included at no charge to help you manage your diabetes.

   

   Exercise, another key factor for success, can be as easy as walking. We walk every day, and the improvement in Emilio's blood sugars is outstanding!

   It is always fun to start something new, WITH something new. That is why we offer these great track suits to get you out there in style.
