Below is the scale that we use to rate these items, along with a description of what the rating means. We've also included example photos to help you determine the relative condition; please note that these are representative photos only, not the actual item that you will receive.

New Condition	Phone is brand new. Free of any scratches or scuffs.
Mint Condition	Basically like new. Phone is used, but shows little, if any signs of use.
Good Condition	Phone is used, but shows only light scratching/scuffs on body or screen.
Fair Condition	Phone is used. Shows moderate scratching/scuffs on body or screen. Wear from normal use.
Poor Condition	Phone is heavily used. Shows heavy scratching/scuffs on body and screen.
