Motherboard combo is built to order with quality & brand new components.
This process is done after completion of the auction; after payment has been
received, verified and cleared. Please allow a typical time frame of 1-7
business days for your order to be built, tested, and certified as functional.
All Systems, Barebones and Motherboard combos are tested for functionality for a
minimum of 48-72 hours in our production facility and monitored by our certified
technicians.

Orders through Paypal / Credit Card must have matching billing and
shipping information. Paypal payments are sent to

Payments made via mail must be official postal
money order or cashiers check. Please include eBay item# and contact
information when submitting payment. No personal or company checks please.
US Orders are sent via FedEx Ground or USPS. Orders to AK, HI and APO/FPO
addresses are subjected to higher shipping costs. Canada, PR and other
international orders are sent via USPS Airmail Service. Customer is
responsible for any duties, taxes or import fees. International orders may
take longer to process (and to receive) due to order processing verification. US
orders will typically be received within 3-12 business days.
International orders will typically be received within 14-30 business
days. The shipping charges on eBay include packaging and handling charges.
Local pickup is available (but handling fees may apply). Orders are
subjected to 7.75% OH or 8.25% CA sales tax. All items over $25.00 are
insured at no additional charge.

Warranty and Returns Information: |

3 Years Warranty on Systems / Barebones & 1
Year Motherboard Combos / All others at least 30-Days (see description of item).
From original invoice and/or receive date: We will replace or repair any
component for the warranty period. If a replacement component is not
available, we reserve the right to offer substitute (of equal or greater value).
If there are any problems, you can contact us by email, mail, fax or phone to
request an return authorization. All returns must have an RMA number for
reference of problem or concern. FREE phone and email support are
available during normal business hours. All sales are considered final
unless defective or damaged. Defective and damaged merchandise may be
returned within 10 days from receipt for a refund. All original materials:
including manuals, CD's and accessories must be return in their entirety to
receive a refund. Defective and damaged software may be retuned within 10
days from receipt for a refund or replacement. Returned software must NOT
be opened. Installed software on systems is NOT returnable. Software
product keys and registration information can NOT be compromised; if you wish to
receive a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Upon our inspection, valid defective and damaged merchandise will be returned to
the customer at our shipping expense. All systems, barebones and
motherboard combos are tested before leaving our facilities. Returned
merchandise that is found to be in good working order (upon our inspection) may
be subjected to labor fee of $25.00 and 20% restocking fee. Original
shipping & handling charges will NOT be refunded on returned merchandise. |
