Hi everyone! I had a previous about me page forever, but decided to create a new one in light of the hostile atmosphere ebay has created with all the new feedback changes. I believe "most" people are fair, I'm SUPER EASY to work with, so please contact me if you have a problem. I use eBay to suppliment my income. In this very scary economy I am relying on the extra money more and more to cover my household expenses and support my little Boy.

First of all...let me say that I am a very honest Seller, I try to describe my items accurately, and ship in a timely manner once payment has been received. I am admittedly colorblind, and try not to describe the color of the item. It is just too subjective, unless it is a normal primary color, I'm not going to say "sage green" "melon" "harvest gold" etc...because there is always someone that will disagree with me on that. I have a hard time with blue/purple/black, they look the same to me.

Anyways...I just want to say that I am freaking out over all the new unfair changes happening on this web-site! I don't think the Execs at eBay really thought these changes thru all that well before implmenting them. For example...I don't think they took into consideration the fact that scammers will be allowed to file charge-backs on merchandise already recieved, Seller's will not be able to warn the community about this activity!

What about Non paying bidders? When someone uses Buy-it-now, and never pays, this costs me money in listing fees, final value credit fees, and more importantly my time! Or how about users who extort refunds or partial refunds with the threat of giving Negative Feedback? Geez...Most people are honest hard working Peeps like myself just lookin' for a bargain or to make a few extra bucks for Gas/Food money, but there is a small percentage that will abuse this new system, and this makes me terribly sad. I have worked 6 long hard years to maintain my excellent Feedback, and provide SUPERIOR SERVICE to my customers, but I'm not the Bend-over Boutique!

***Things you didn't know about the Star Ratings***

eBay tells buyer's that a 4 rating is Good/Satisfied...But in actuality it's NOT GOOD! They penalize Seller's if your rating falls below 4.7 in ANY catagory! Your items will be buried in indexing, and perhaps NEVER FOUND or SEEN! In addition to lower indexing the Penalty for Power Seller's Falling below 4.7 in ANY catagory is I lose a 15% discount on my monthy invoice for Seller Fee's. If I fall below 4.7 in ANY catagory my discount is only 5%. Someone (who I will not mention) Dinged my Stars recently (another Seller), which costs me my 15% discount! I was at 5.0 for item description, 5.0 for Communication, 4.9 for shipping time, and 4.8 for shipping costs. How do I know "Who" Dinged my stars???

eBay tells Buyer's that the star ratings are "annonymous" Well...THEY ARE NOT ANNONYMOUS! If you are a Power Seller, you have a Seller Dashboard available to review the star ratings as they are left by each buyer, there are also MANY Programs available to track your ratings. Also there are several new Websites created for reporting users who leave an inordinate amount of Neutral and Negative ratings for Sellers...these websites will be used as a tool for Seller's to update their Blocked Bidder Lists which have been increased to allow 5,000 users. In addition, Seller's will be checking the tab "Feedback Left For Others" carefully to consider whether they want to risk doing business with you. That will be the only tool Seller's have to Block users who abuse this new system.

In addition to the star ratings eBay tells Buyer's that a "Neutral" is just that, "Neutral" that it will NOT affect the Seller's Score. WRONG! A neutral is counted the same exact way as a Negative is counted in your score with the new system in place. If you get too many Neutrals or Negatives in a 30 day period, ebay is placing restrictions on a Seller's account in regards to how many listings you can list, lower indexing, and 21 day Paypal holds on our funds!!

Does this sound FAIR?? GOOD Seller's are being Penalized for the Big Time Crappy Sellers POOR Customer Service Skills!I know this sounds like a RANT...But Please take all this into consideration when leaving your Feedback. Give me the opportunity to make things right. I am Human, and I do make mistakes, but I am a very FAIR person, and conduct my eBay Business with the utmost of integrity.

I can only continue to sell here, and offer unique hard to find items if I am allowed to. So PLEASE think about how you will affect someone's livelihood. Let me put it to you this way...If you went to Sears, and bought something & were not happy with it...would you...Go there and try to get a refund?? or...would you...Throw Rocks at their business window?? How about if I come to your job, and tell everyone you're a crummy worker? eBay's concept of "I believe Most people are Good and Fair" Peace & Goodwill and all that, let's keep it that way! It used to be so fun and exciting! Now I'm feeling anxious & treated like a child for goodness sakes with all these new restrictions!

I'm on the downhill slide to 50, I won't reveal my true age, because a Lady just does not do that =) I have been BLESSED with 4 BEAUTIFUL Children!

My First born is 27 a Gorgeous Daughter that is expecting my first Grandchild (a little girl) She's Married, and looking foward to Motherhood.

I have another Stunning Daughter that is 24, and is in Sales, She is VERY Successful, and I would consider her a "Yuppy" in the Business World.

I have a 19 year old Son that is a VERY TALENTED/GIFTED Guitar Player, and is a lightning guy at the Galaxy Theatre. He just moved out on his own, and I just "know" he will be a Rock Star someday! He's just waiting to be discovered =)

I have a little 8 year Boy that I had "late in life" that My Mom says, "will be my comfort in my OLD AGE" LOL!! He was born Legally Blind, but is VERY SMART, and also a gifted Musician and Artist! I am SOOOOO proud of his accomplishments, he has overcome so much!

LIKES...

1) I have a Deep Faith in our Lord Jesus! He is my Guiding Light, and I try to live in his path always.

2) Rock Music! Specifically Metallica!

3) Meaningful Tattoo's

4) The Beach/Water, I love to swim & be near water, I find it very soothing to my soul.

5) Reading/Writing. I am currently working on writing a book. Trust me, my life has been like a soap opera thus far. Been Married 3 times... Enough said, there's a lot of fuel for fodder =)

6)Decorating/Painting.

Dislikes...

1) Fake/Phoney Baloney People, I have NO ROOM in my life for them. Can't stand Liars/Posers.

2) Men that Disrepect Women.

3) Slackers/ bottom feeders on Society.

4) RUDE DRIVERS! Ugh! I live in Los Angeles...enough said.

5) Selfish people.

6)Druggies! If there were NO DRUGS in todays society, we would have Very Little CRIME!

Anyways.....just a glimpse into My little corner of life...hope I didn't put you to sleep =)
