Introducting Robyn's Hoods!  We have been selling them over the last 5 years. 

Here is some basic info about our hoods.  Length can be between 58-60" long.  Some have even been 57", it all depends on the bolts we get.  They are about 15/(30)" wide, they can be 16" but seldom have they ever been below 15". 

One bolt of fleece can differ from another bolt, even if they are the same color and made by the same manufacturer.   So if you see a differance be sure to know, they are still quaility Polar Anti Pill Fleece.

These hoods came about, because I really wanted to have a hood/scarf, that wasn't knit (since the wind just blows through knit).  I shopped many stores looking for a fleece hood/scarf, but the very few I found were to small.  I wanted to be able to raise the scarf around my face on those windy days, and still keep my neck & chest covered.  So I figured I would just go ahead and make myself what I wanted, the way I wanted it.  I wanted it to tucked into my coat, or to use a broach if  I was in the mood.

The point is, These are designed the way I wanted them.  Wider so they could be adjusted to the ever changing weather.  So if they are not as long as you want, or if they don't suit your needs the way they do mine, I apprecate your interest.  However I don't take alteration requests anymore.  It would make the costs too high in my opinion. 

So I can sell them at a lower price, I don't buy extra packing lables or packaging.  If I did that, again, the cost would be too high.  I do purchase clothing lables, with my business name and how to care for the item.   I sell them with my style,  my style of wanting the hood to be practial, and I write a personal note to each of my customers "Longhand"  because that too is my style.
