I SEW TO ORDER. Body Measurements (over undergarments) are preferred for an individual fit. "Normal" sizing really does not exist.
I source QUALITY FABRICS in keeping with the character depicted. Where possible I use stretch fabrics for: ease of fitting, comfort, and wearability -minimal ironing and no ugly creasing. All costumes come with "Care for your Costume" instructions. All costumes are washable - testiment from one of my customers states;- "you can wash and wash them, and you don't have to mend them, like other famous brands".
I prefer if you DO NOT RE-DESIGN any of my costumes.
SELLING PARTS OF COSTUMES - I do not offer this service at all.

PROBLEM SOLVING - My aim is to please everyone all of the time - but I realise that that is not always a possibility. I am more than happy to discuss any concerns you may have, with your purchase through Ebay, on the telephone. I am not a great believer in Email communication for problem solving. Most disputes are because of miscommunication. Email is the worst form of communication for problem solving or ventilating. I believe that a WIN WIN agreement can be possible from most situations if communicated well.
