Who we are.-

Everfull auction services are run by A h a y o, LLC -- USA!. (DBA everfull.com). Everfull proudly serves the eBay community with: knowledge about our products, good communication and quick responsiveness. We strive to provide quality products at the best possible prices, by starting auctions near or below costs and allowing customers to determine the final price of the goods through eBay's auctions system.

Our Products.-

Once the products are placed onto eBay's table, it is up to the customers to pick the best fruits, as we finish with the supply of the particular family of products and we move to the next.  All products meet our quality standards while offering best prices with kits ready to meet each particular customer needs. Note: You will receive the items shown in pictures, either in silver or in black based on availability. The retail box might also change to facilitate shipping. You will get the chance to select your color preference and variatoins such as filter-size, inside our checkout optional fields

The best way to contact us is through eBay's contact seller link inside any particular item listing. In this way, ebay will include ebay's item number and title as reference so we can expedite an answers. Please do not hide your email so we may be able to reply. We do not share sell or use your email address and we hate spaming as much as you do.

We have the same policies and procedures for all our auctions.

Checkout.-


In order to process your orders, you must first complete our checkout system. During checkout, you will be required to provide your contact information, which includes your name, e-mail address, telephone number, complete shipping and billing address. This information is used for billing purposes and to label your order for delivery. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this contact information to get in touch with you. To properly process your credit card information, we must share your personal and financial information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval. This process is automatically handled through 128-bit encryption with authorize.net who guarantees that your information is protected at all times. Our system has enhanced security SSL systems and hacker safe technology to further guarantee the security of your data. Additionally we request you to submit optional information about your camera and lenses. The required information is used to process your order and comply with automation that facilitates order processing and fast turn around. Please keep in mind that the little time you spend completing this information will result in faster processing and packing so we may receive the products faster and more accurately. The optional information requested about your camera will help us verify compatibility to the best of our knowledge.

Exchanges or Correction.-

Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receiving your item. If for any reason, you decide you would like to exchange the product or kit version, we will be glad to help you. We will exchange any item If the item is of equal or lesser value, you just pay shipping and handling. If the item is faulty we will cover all shipping and handling costs. If the item is of a higher price, we will invoice the difference.

Exchange Procedure:

  1. Send us an email including ebay's item# and your ebay user id (subject: item# ,exchange).
  2. Please let us help you. If you do not see the item you need in our ebay store, please include a detailed explanation of what are you looking for. In most cases, it will be a difference size or kit version. Please include details about your camera.
  3. We will send you the address where the item needs to be sent and an RMA#. If at all possible, please include a copy of your email above. Please include ebay's item# as reference on the package.
  4. We will inspect the returned product and send you a new one immediately after.

Product Returns.-

 Returns are accepted within 10 days from delivery date.

   We do accept returns, no questions asked.

  • Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
  • The item must be in intact conditions.
  • 10% of total paid price is charged as a re-stocking fee ($5 minimum).
  • Auction items return-value equals auction-starting-price.

 NOTE: All returned items must arrive to warehouse within 40-DAYS, from the date the order was placed (Item won).

Return Procedure:

  1. Send us an email including ebay's item# and your ebay user id (subject: item# ,exchange).
  2. We will send you the address where the item needs to be sent and an RMA#.  Please print that number clearly outside the box as reference.
  3. Include ebay's item#, your user-id, paypal transaction_ID or the refund's payment method.
  4. We will inspect the returned product and refund proper amount immediately after.

Bidding mistakes.-

    If you have made a bidding mistake, you can retrieve your bid within certain time.

  • Please contact ebay immediately if you need help.
  • If your mistaken bid ends up winning the auction, and you still want to get out of the contract, we will charge a $5 or 10% of the final value (whichever higher). This process has to be started within 10 days of the closing day and might take a few days to complete.
  • This processing fee will include cleaning your account with ebay by mutual agreement.

Bidding mistake clean-up procedure:

  1. Send us an email (subject item#, bidding mistake) so we may invoice you.

    (eBay will ask you to agree before we can close the case).

Note: Delivery address changes, and size changes are accepted, but only if submited as a paypal-note when paying via PayPal or iniside envelope note when payment by Mail (such as Money Order). PayPal protection mechanisms will be eliminated when shipping to a non-confimed/unverified mailing/shipping address.

* Non paying bidders will receive an strike and could be banned from eBay perpetually.

Invoicing.-

  • Credit cards are accepted and processed with SSL 128bit securely or you may also send your payment via paypal.
  • Privacy of your data is completely guaranteed. We hate spam as much as you do...
  • eBay will send an invoice automatically as soon as the auction ends.
  • If you are buying more items from us, please wait until you win all your items and ask for an invoice, we offer great shipping discounts for combined shipments.
  • If you are paying by echeck, please note paypal will take around 10 days to release the funds. Order processing will begin as soon as we receive your payment.
  • If your payment is not received within a week, a payment reminded will be sent automatically by ebay's SMP.
  • Please do your best to complete optional questiong during checkout. This will help us select the best option for you.

Shipping Procedures.-

 

We dream about carrying light.  But at the moment, we can only try to emulate its speed.  Thanks to state of the art integration of our system into the United States Postal Services main servers.

We offer tracking / confirmation numbers, shipping insurance and the most efficient labeling process to avoid any mistakes.

Anywhere in the United States.-

   We provide all of the major FedEx, DHL and USPS delivery methods. As a general rule, USPS first class mail will be used for packages that weigh from: 1 to 8 ounces. >From 9 ounces to 2 pounds,
USPS priority mail is cost effective and for 2 pounds and over, DHL or FedEx ground are the most commonly used delivery carriers. All items will be sent with a confirmation number.

Worldwide shipping .-

   We spend extra efforts on the handling of  international orders in order to provide a customs friendly service to expedite delivery  -- If requested we can send items as gifts or samples. Most common destination in Europe: UK, Germany, Norway, Sweden,  Finland, Belgium, Italy, France, Russia and many others.  Please trust our experience.  We have learned about custom's procedures and timing to many many countries.

Destinations elsewhere: New Zeeland, Australia, Asia, South and Central America, and of course Canada (we love Canada !).

Everfull focuses on good packing material for maximum protection while maximizing efficiency. 

We process most purchases within the same day.
