All
the jewelry are brand new never been worn. Most of the jewelry come from Nepal
and India, they are all handmade by the local artisans. Most of the products
are made by the Local Newar artisans, we do not buy from the wholesalers, but
instead place our order to the artisans directly. We get new items every 2-3
weeks, and the most important part most of our items are one of a kind and are
single piece. We try and mention it on the auction.
SHIPPING
AND HANDLING:
We ship the items the very
next day after receiving the payment,
shipping is done on Weekdays (8.30 to 9 am) by India Post.
If by any reason we are unable to ship the item we will
email you.
You will receive an email with the
shipping details and a delivery confirmation number. All the shipping
and Handling charges are mentioned in the auction page both for Domestic and International
charges. If you still have doubts please email us. SHIPPING MULTIPLE
ITEMS:
We are happy to combine shipping
on multiple auctions. OUR POLICY ON NONPAYING BIDDERS:
We will send an email reminder after 7 days, If you do not contact
us after that we file for NPB (non-paying bidder), as we have to get our
FVF fee back from ebay. And after that we will relist the item and leave a
negative feedback. OUR FEEDBACK POLICY: As
we mentioned above, we will leave a negative feedback for the Non paying Bidders.
We will leave feedback once we receive feedback from the
buyers. RETURNS: We have already mentioned
in our auction that the handmade products may slightly vary in size, color etc..
but still if you are not satisfied with the product, please email us and we will
try our best to either exchange or refund. We will refund the bid price only,
S/H is not refunded.
