I'm "velocidad666" from Chile (on ebay)...
Days ago, I received the IMPIETY demo tape "ceremonial necrochrist redesecration"
When I had it in my hands seemed me very strange...
I investigated this with a friend, and I knew that this demo is a f*cking fake.
I looked in your "feedbacks" and I found the surprise of various demos falses and others IMPIETY demo tapes...
Is impossible to have one original impiety demo tape... it's very rare. How can you have 3 or more? All were the same copies... or not?

The worse thing!... it's a copy from internet? mp3? or THRASHMAGEDDON webpage? the cover is the same (this one have the same stain / mark / line and quality... in the tape this have a bad print) besides, the original sheet is on better quality than the other one.
You won a lot of money with your f*cking fakes.
I laughed a lot with the DEATHYELL demo... the original is pro-tape.

With these evidences, I can demand you seriously in ebay, because it's a heavy law violation of authenticity, and you can pay fines millionaires for the big quantity of forgeries.
I can contact with ebay, users and with the police if this is necessary.
I'm not a simple user of ebay, I know the majority of demo tapes sold by you...
I can destroy your empire of forgery...
If you don't want serious problems, only should pay me the money of impiety demo ($51.00) + the 166%

If you accept my blackmail, I'm going to save complete silence... it's only a small sum of money. Is not compared with the big quantity won by you...

Firstly I have nothing to fear from your threats. I am running a legitimate business according to ebay and when I forwarded your message to them, they said you broke several ebay laws.
#1, you can not contact my buyers. The punishment for this is being kicked off of ebay indefinitely.
#2, blackmail is a prosecutable offense which will GUARANTEE a criminal investigation into your internet history which is stored on your computer.
As for the DEATHYELL demo being on a pro-tape, when I wrote the band they asked me to send a blank tape to record their demo to for review in my fanzine. And as for the IMPIETY demos, which I had only 2, ARE original copies. One received as a promo tape for review and the other I inherited from a friend's collection. Now I researched the internet and found no IMPIETY demo cover. Nor did I find any MP3 files.
I run a legitimate foreclosure of every metal album, cd and tape i have and no longer have any use or interest in their collection. So my suggestion to you is to apologize and i will contact ebay again and tell them we resolved this issues as adults. |
