PAYMENT POLICY
When you agree to purchase our products, you must also agree to complete payment within 7 days, or within a designated time consented by you and our customer service representative.

RETURN POLICY
We have a 7-day item inspection period and return policy for all products purchased. If the item is damaged upon delivery, not as described, or otherwise unsatisfactory, we encourage you to contact us and send back the item for a full refund or replacement. We only ask that you tell us why the item was returned, so we may better serve you in the future.

Items are shipped via Singapore Post NORMAL MAIL.Registered Mail with tracking is optional as well as HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Packages usually takes 11- 18 business days for delivery.

Insurance
Insurance is completely optional though customers are only compensated for lost items if insurance is purchased. Insurance is at GBP 3 EXTRA.
