Sometimes the Internet feels like a savage jungle, but you deserve a civilized experience when buying any item online. No matter where you shop, you have the right to:
Accurate Descriptions - As a buyer, you deserve complete detailed descriptions. For books this should include title, author, illustrator, publisher, year, edition and condition. Any flaws should be clearly noted.
Reasonable Returns- Anyone can make a mistake, but it should be correctable. Dealers should have clearly-stated return policies and should always provide a full refund for items that are not described accurately.
Delivery of Product - When you order online, you should receive your item or have your payment refunded. Don't let anyone tell you different.
A Pleasant Buying Experience - You deserve courteous communications, timely responses and professional service.
Our goal at Extraordinary Things is to exceed the four "standards" described above. We strive to provide the best products and service on eBay. If your experience with us has not been all that it should be please contact us so we can make it right.

Extraordinary Things LLC warrants the authenticity of Authorship
of all lots on the terms and conditions set forth below.
1. Definition of Authorship: “Authorship” means the identity of the creator, the period, culture, source of origin of the property, as the case may be, as set forth in the first identifying line of the certificate or listing entry in bold.
2. Guarantee Coverage: Subject to the exclusions in sections 5 and 6 below, Extraordinary Things LLC warrants the Authorship (as defined above in section 1) of a lot for a period of five years from the date of sale of such lot and only to the original purchaser of record at the auction or sale. If it is determined to Extraordinary Things LLC satisfaction that the BOLD TYPE HEADING in the listing is incorrect, the sale will be rescinded as set forth in sections 3 and 4 below, provided the lot is returned to Extraordinary Things LLC in the same condition in which it was at the time of sale. It is Extraordinary Things LLC general policy and Extraordinary Things LLC shall have the right to have the purchaser obtain, at the purchaser’s expense, the opinion of two recognized experts in the field, mutually acceptable to Extraordinary Things LLC and the purchaser, before Extraordinary Things LLC determines whether to rescind a sale under the above warranty. If the purchaser requests, Extraordinary Things LLC will provide the purchaser with the names of experts acceptable to it.
3. Non-Assignability: It is specifically understood that the benefits of this Guarantee are not assignable and shall be applicable only to the original purchaser of the item from Extraordinary Things LLC and not to subsequent owners or others who have or may acquire an interest therein (including, without limitation, heirs, successors, beneficiaries or assigns).
4. Sole Remedy: It is specifically understood and agreed that the remedy set forth herein, namely the recession of the sale and refund of the original purchase price paid for the item, is exclusive and in lieu of any other remedy which might otherwise be available as a matter of law. Extraordinary Things LLC and the Consignor shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages incurred or claimed.
5. Exclusions: The Guarantee covers only the correctness of descriptions of Authorship (as defined in the section 1 above) as identified on the first identifying line of this certificate or listing, but does not extend to titles or other identification of offered items of descriptions of physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, provenance, exhibitions, literature of historical relevance, which information normally appears in conjunction with listings and certificates. Although our best judgment is used in descriptions and the appropriate use of glossary terms, and due care is taken to insure the correctness of the supplemental material which appears with listings or certificates, the Guarantee does not extend to any possible errors or omissions therein. The warranty does not apply to (i) Authorship of any paintings, drawing or sculpture created prior to 1870, unless the lot is determined to be a counterfeit (a modern forgery intended to deceive) which has a value at the date of the claim for rescission which is materially less than the purchase price paid for the lot; or (ii) any listing description where it was specifically mentioned that there is a conflict of specialist opinion on the Authorship of the lot; or (iii) Authorship which on the date of sale was in accordance with the then generally accepted opinion of scholars and specialists: or (IV) the identification of periods or dates of execution which may be proven inaccurate by means of scientific process not generally accepted for use until after publication of the listing, or which were unreasonably expensive or impractical to use.
6. Limited Warranty Neither Extraordinary Things LLC nor the Consignor makes any express or implied representations or warranties whatsoever concerning the property in the listing, including without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as specifically provided herein.
