HI!  My name is Janet.  I am a full time e-bayer!  I also work part time in a Beauty Salon doing spray tans, manicures and pedicures. I am also a school bus driver 

My husband owns a construction company and we own 5 rental houses.  I have 5 children all together 2 of my own and 3 step children. They range in age from 12 years old to 22 years old, and believe it or not I became a grandma in Sept 2006!  I do not feel old enough to be a grandma and I certainly don't behave like a grandma but I guess no one asked me LOL!!  So, yes, I am busy but never too busy for my customers. I answer questions several times every day and ship every day except Friday and Saturday.

I not only sell on e-bay but I also buy, which I think gives me an edge as a seller.  I know how it feels to be disappointed in an item you were so eagerly waiting to receive.  That is why I put customer service number 1 on my list of priorities!  If you are one of my customers and are unhappy with your purchase I will do all I can to make it right!
